My two year contract with T-Mobile was finally up and I was in desperate need of a new phone. Based on the reviews and availability on Sunday, I popped into Premiere Mobile to see what options I had. Alan was very informative and helped me decide on what plan would suit my needs. I'll admit I have been very spoiled by the contract binds that were given previously. However the new service plans are not too bad in comparison. The plans are now slightly cheaper with no annual contracts and the price of the phone you want is baked into your monthly rate with no interest or down payment. The plan I got is slightly cheaper to the plan I had previously and I have two new phones. The customer service here is also very good. Alan was very attentive and communicative and even through in two cell phone covers and placed a screen protector on our phones. There are a lot of customers who walk into this store, so be patient - the service and attention is worth the wait.

We switched from AT &T to T Mobile because of the poor reception at Chino Hills. So happy we met sales manager Grant Chou, his service was outstanding! He was very professional at answering all the questions and concerns we had, the switch was smooth and the new phones were set up quickly. We highly recommend Premiere Mobile and valued Grant Chou's marvelous service!

I was in need to update my cell phone plan, which is no longer fun because T-mobile doesn't give out free phones no more. We are way spoiled by the contract bind free goodies. The plaza isn't huge, but there are enough parking spots. The store was relatively clean and organized. The rep was very patient. I say that because my mom was on the other end of my phone, and gave me 30 different directions every other minutes. He had to explain each and every scenario, and the pros and cons. Sounds almost like the job of a doctor. Finally, we came to conclusion, the rest was easy. He was very efficient and complete the whole transaction in less than 10 minutes. Final word, the people there were honest, and didn't try to up sell. Would recommend.

I have been following Grant Chou for the past 10+ years because of his excellent customer service. I recently visited Premiere Mobile because I was due for an upgrade with T-Mobile. Additionally, my whole family is with T-Mobile under a family plan. The store is really easy to find and there is always plenty of parking. Easily visible from the street. Upon entering the store, I quickly found Grant and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and "hello." I instantly felt right at home and very comfortable in his presence. He remembered me from the previous year as I only see him when my plan is due for an upgrade but his memory is amazing. He asked how I was doing and about my family which demonstrated that I wasn't just a sale to him. We discussed what new phones were out and he showed me his. I have a tendency to always go with whatever phone Grant has because he is very knowledgeable and I trust his judgment 100%. After looking at his phone, I realized that I wanted it too. There was no need for me to check out the others as Grand knows what is best. Got my parents the same phone. Grant discussed the family plan that we were on and took the time to break it down in detail as I never look at the bill and don't pay attention. He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me how to use the new phone. I value Grant Chou's customer service skills and knowledge which is why I have been going to him for more than 10 years. He is always friendly and helpful. He constantly has given me good deals and I have referred my friends and family to him over the years. Everyone has always had nice things to say about him and are pleased with the prices that he has given. I will definitely return when my contract is up for an upgrade next year. Thank you so much Grant!

The customer service at this place is downright atrocious. The two guys working there had this Beavis and Butthead act going. They completely botched my cell phone order and were extremely condescending about it. They spelled my name wrong on my account and said that I need to call T-Mobile to change my name even though he hasn't even submitted the information yet. They then proceeded making racist remarks at me. Go somewhere else if you can, these guys are awful.

If it were possible I'd give them 0 stars. I've been coming here for the last 4 years. It has always been AWFUL service, however when your young and your trying to save a buck you go where they offer the best deals. SO once again they were running their annual promotion. I went today to get some plan details and see what the best option was. I spoke to a MICHAEL YIP. He by far was the WORST customer service representative. He was condescending and incredibly rude. When I said there was no need to talk to anyone in that tone he simple said then you can go somewhere else. WHICH I WILL!

I had a fairly pleasant experience at the store, sure I had to wait...but there were only 2 associates working but more than 3 customers while the phones were ringing left and right, I didn't deal with Michael directly, so luckily I have no horror story, but after being ignored for a full 5 minutes at a Tmobile retail store in Chino Hills, I was greeted immediately as I entered the store. @JB: Has it ever occured to anyone that as a GENERAL MANAGER he isn't dutied with just customer service...or that it wasn't a personal but a business call? how would you feel if you had a problem with an associate, but the general manager who is physically over seeing the store not come to help?? sure you may have had to wait, but try getting ANY attention at all at a retail store, I went in to the store and the first thing the associates did was greet me...and they went above and beyond to help me with my billing issues.
