The mailman in Rowland heights leaves our mail boxes open 2-3 times a week. The post office doesn't care.

So disappointed about their service. I delivered my package last Saturday and chose AAE for 3 days deliver. I knew they will pick up on Monday, but so far the package just arrived in China and they have no idea when can be delivered.

I should've listened to the other reviewers, but I came here because it was convenient. First of all the lady working there did not speak English, so the communication was already difficult. I asked to overnight a package and she told me no without any further explanation. I explained to her it needs to arrive by a certain day to which she assured me it would. When I checked the tracking however the item arrived 3 days after her estimate. This lady has some nerve giving out inaccurate estimates and even had the audacity to tell me if I wanted something to arrive earlier I should have come in the morning since mail is picked up in the morning. On top of that when she saw my last name she insisted I speak chinese because I am chinese. As someone who deals with customers I can tell you I'd never insist a customer accommodate me. Customers should always come first and as someone running a business she should make her customers feel welcome instead of making them feel like they should've had knowledge as to how the the postal business is run.

I called in and the person answered the phone doesn't know how to speak English!!!!!!! Hang up on me and when I tried calling back...directed me to the voicemail!!!!! TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Doesn't know how to deal with customer at all!!!!!!!!!?

Horrific and Abusive Owner! There is only 1 Part-Time girl works at this place speaks English, the other woman and the owner Celeste speak broken English that caused me to lose my package. One other customer helped me translate English to the mature Chinese worker to watch out for my package that was coming within 1-2 days. She returned it instead. The returned package has caused damages to me. I complained it to the owner Celeste who barked at me like a mad dog shouting at me so loud that hurt my ears. She said to accept my FedEx package is doing a favor. I paid $100 for a small mailbox, which is not free, and not by far a favor. She is such a bully, hostile, abusive, and anti-customers. At the end of my term, I left and found a better and cheaper place elsewhere. Strongly not recommend Rowland Postal Center to anyone!"

i was used their mail box for 2 years, since they just open, when i try closed my account , they force me to pay an other month to get back my mails.
