Very poor experience. The blood draw was handled carelessly, and my arm has been painful for 10 days afterward. This is far beyond normal soreness. The staff needs better training and much more care when drawing blood. I would not recommend this lab.

Called before i started driving here to make sure they would be open. She told me the last call is 5:15. I drove a whole hour and got here at 5. Then she makes me wait 30 minutes in their chair to then say they’re closed???

Terrible experience. The service was awful and completely unhelpful. Why would you hire a receptionist like this? She only makes patients feel worse. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. One star is already too generous.
