“Discovered Aldi during the CV19 shutdown scam. They never ran out of paper products like the big name stores. The produce is very affordable and if you don't mind off brand name products you can save your cash. Eggs are the best price anywhere, baking supplies, ice cream, desserts and good chicken prices.”
“Staff are helpful. They don't always have what's in the ad that's why they're getting a 4 star. Prices on produce are usually lower than others. Today they had the nee doh chick eggs which will make great easter basket treats for the kids. Reasonable prices on seasonal attire. The bathing suit has interior mesh and love the corset back.”
“Great neighborhood convenience store — very well organized, clean, and well stocked. For a family-run and managed store, it’s surprisingly well maintained and carries a good selection, including fresh produce.
Not a flagship store, but honestly feels better run than many. Hidden gem: they sell pizza, and you can customize it to your liking. Tried it on a whim and it was actually really good — fresh and well made.
Overall, a solid local spot that clearly takes pride in how it’s run. Definitely recommend stopping by.”
“While in line I went to check for a drink in another fridge. The customer behind me assumed I was stepping out of line and started putting her stuff on the coveyer belt. This turned into a verbal argument between the other customer and I. I was pretty upset but knew this was an argument over spilled milk. No biggie. When I got to the cashier she seen everything that had happened and apologized even though the cashier was not involved in the little tiff. This cashier is really welcoming and kind. I didn't get to take a look at her name tag but she has beautiful brunette hair with blonde streaks. She deserves recognition for her courtesy.”

They have everything you could want or need at a fraction of the prices found elsewhere. It's a pleasant experience and you can pay with your phone system. I do al my shopping this way. “They carry a lot of hard to find items from the UK, like Bangers, Black & White Pudding, Rashers, Flake Bars, Malteasers, Aero Bars, Mushy Peas ... enough to make my London-born wife feel right at home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's located inside a big building (a former Hotel back in the early 1900s) called Villa del Sol, parking is around the back or on Wilshire Ave (Wilshire Ave may be blocked off at Harbor Blvd so you may need to turn a block early and come in from the west). They have a restaurant/bar associated with them that's pretty good, The Olde Ship, a few blocks north of them on Harbor Blvd.”

“16pc chicken great buy at $14.99. It looks dry, but it's not. It's tender and juicy. I also bought chicken wings. The price was fair. The wings were tasty and meaty. They weren't messy like other wings. They're deep fried. Carlos took my preorder of chicken and did a great job. They were low on wings and he fried me a new batch of 2 pounds. I definitely will be ordering more chicken from them.”
