The worst service ever. I arrived and one associate was with a customer and the manager was on a personal call. I wanted to purchase a case, T-Mobile sent me a discount code, and he surprisingly couldnt add it. It was a total waste of time, being the manager and can’t figure out a damn discount code.

This store is ripping people off. I went in to buy a new phone and on top of that they tried charging me an accessory fee and mandatory insurance on the phone. When I asked why they said it's store policy. Do not shop here. Go to the store on Colima, I came here and all they charged me for was the phone. This place is scamming people. T-mobile needs to check this stores business practices.

Knowing Nick through social media, finally I decide to transfer 4 lines to T-Mobile. Nick is very helpful and professional. He made the transferring very smooth. Now I feel it is really good experience to be one of T-Mobile family. Highly recommend Nick!

T-mobile retail customer service and customer services in a whole is bad enough as it is... but this places is the worst I've ever been too -and felt with. I waited 2 hrs to upgrade 2 phones and Mini was more worried bout closing on time than making the sale on top of that she decided to take her 10 minute break that was more like 20 came back and started assisting someone else...kept on dying oh system is done sorry can't make sale you come back tomorrow ok and as soon as she say that the system would work...

I went to a T-Mobile store today to buy a new phone. When I was checking out, the cashier tried to charge me a $20 "accessories fee". I asked what the fee was for, but the cashier couldn't explain it. I called T-Mobile customer service and they told me that there is no such thing as an "accessories fee". They said that the store may have been trying to scam me. I filed a complaint with T-Mobile and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

I'm not sure why this T-Mobile location is rated 3.5 stars?! I had to finally but Very unwillingly retire iPhone6S!!!! After I recently found out that it kept resetting itself for no reason like two days ago, I was sad to see this old model go. Well~Not quite retiring it, but I do need new phone for new job because old iPhone won't let me download Microsoft Teams. I now have 2 iPhones but will still need to treasure my iPhone6SE. I left all former pics and notes untransferred, so I'll be up navigating iPhone12. I strive to stay as old schooled as possible not upgrading but for work purposes, I really do need this piece of luxury. My mom and I uncovered this local 'T-Mobile,' not too far away in Rowland Heights, CA. The sales technician we came across was super friendly, helpful and spoke Mandarin though we were all bilingual anyways. Thanks Steve for all your patience helping me locate a new phone. Steve was very detailed, patient and efficient: he even provided us an additional line promotion we didn't know was available. I guess this was my lucky visit? I was going for iPhone7, but that was apparently outdated already. So I had to unwillingly skip from iPhone6SE all the way to iPhone12. But Way to be high-tech when I'm still trying to stay old schooled.

One Store Two different Customer ServiceI am writing to express my disappointment and worst customer service with the T-Mobile store at 18916 Gale Ave. Rowland Heights, CA 91748. Yesterday, I went to this store, the representative Nick, who asked me, “how can I help you”. I told him about I had an issue with my new iPhone 14 pro Max. Nick didn’t check what is problem of my iPhone, then he said, “you need to go to Apple Store, they will fix it”. I said, “I purchased this new iPhone a month ago and I have new two years contracts with T-Mobile, you don’t even check what’s the problem, then tell me go to Apple Store.” He still ignored me. What’s terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I was frustrated and try again to ask another representative John Ivan for help. He asked my question, checked my iPhone, figured out the problem, and searched information on internet. Finally, my iPhone problem was solved. He provided exceptional customer service. One store has two different customer services. We need the accountable and great service representative from big business, T-Mobile.

The worst customer service ever. Promise me 50%deal in the store and I totally trusted her. After 3 months, I realized she lie. I didn't even get any promotion and I have to pay $2000 for my phone. Now they told me there is nothing they can do. Don't ever go there.

The store manager Krystal was extremely professional and patient to help us to reset the Apple Watch for our kid. A few client was waiting in line , but she didn't rush us, and even when the divise was loading she didn't drop us. She also gave us some great advice on our phone plan. We will come to her next time for our new phone upgrade. Thank you so much Krystal.

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I walk into the store to ask about the "jump" program. First off, they made us wait for almost one hour , when the store traffic wasn't as heavy. Then a man named "Nick" comes and says he'll help us ( my husband and I) He says the store is not familiar with "jump" and he was not able to help us. That we can go to another store in "Covina" and they can help us out. I then ask him what is the difference between this store between this store and going to another t-mobile store. He proceeds to see that "Asians" don't do jump and only "you guys" do. Not sure what he meant exactly but my husband and I left the store feeling very discriminated and rejected. We weren't given any more help. This is very unacceptable, and the fact that I have been with T-Mobile for almost 15 years makes me rethink. I also got this on video. Definitely not coming back and will be reporting this to TMobile headquarters.
