GO MARCO! GO MARCO! GO, GO... GOOOO MARCO I HATE upgrading and spending hours at the store, but it WAS time. Nowadays people are sooo mean and the customer service EVERYWHERE sucks but not for me! It was getting close to closing, so I went in just to ask about the promotion. Even though they were busy, Marco, came to greet us, briefly explained the promo and we returned the next day. When we arrived, we waited for Marco and our wonderful experience continued. He explained everything, didn't give us the run around. We got our new phones, the bill came in the mail and everything reflects what he promised. This is how it should be! As long as Marco is there, this will be by Tmobile home.

Crazy how u can call on the phone and can access ur bank account information but u can’t even call for them to ask about ur phone bill over the phone lol….. picture that…. Harder to get ur phone bill info than ur bank checking account…. What a joke

The sales rep Mr. Bo was attentive when we went in and opened a new account with 5 lines, but when we went back to see him with questions of bill, then he was very rude and unfriendly/unhappy, and he was like "what now"? They just want commission and no follow up service

This is nice sized location that gets a lot of foot traffic. I was Greeted immediately when I walked in, the staff was all friendly and ready to help despite being fairly busy. Got helped really quickly, and was in and out of there.

I was nervous waking into the store it can be very intimidating to begin with but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Nick. He made me feel right at home. We talked about what was going on with my phone which we thought it was just a glitched so we updated unfortunately was not the issue. As I spent my time waiting for the update we talked about life which is very rare in any industry especially when everywhere you go everyone is trying to get the most of you but not in this case. He was more concerned about my phone than selling me anything which is refreshing. Wanted to take the time to thank him for his amazing service and kindness. It's the reason why I came back. Thank you Nick.

All those waiting line to have the help you need T-Mobile's the best place I've been there for 20 years a member customer service is excellent always wanting to help us they go beyond trying to help us at my age I need that help LOL I wouldn't trade T-Mobile for any other phone company

Really bad customer service. Inconsistent answers by the staff. Two different answers by the staff. I was able to resolve the issue at an another t-mobile store. Manager is also incompetent. Avoid this store
