Really disrespectful staff and I guess one of the undercover ones came and told me to leave because and he said I was being difficult but I was trying to understand and they had some complaints about me being at the Starbucks for a long time and they didn't realized there messing with a autism adult so sorry not coming back to Rowland heights target you want to disrespect me your lost you lost a customer and how is bad to be there a long time at Starbucks I wanted to have fun but I guess I can't so your bad you lost a customer

The staff here are the worst. There didn't seem to be any staff management at all. Very rude. When paying, I took my clothes to the counter next to me, saying they would remove the security tags attached to the clothes I was purchasing (after scanning the price in advance). I lost one piece.
I returned it. I went back and checked the bottom of the counter and my missing piece was under the drawer. I hope all systems change to kiosks and robots soon.
Before the vacation, I shopped for $600 worth of swimwear and clothing for my family of four. The original budget was about $1,000. I felt bad so I stopped shopping.
He was treated like a thief because the card contained a lot of items. I got irritated when they suddenly approached me and told me I could bring up to 3 items into the fitting room without even asking. It was so absurd. Moreover, where I was was not even a fitting room.
After a while, I saw that most of the customers were using the fitting room with more than 3 pieces of clothing (some had more than 10 swimsuit pieces). No one stopped them. They were rude only to me and my daughter. Coincidentally, among those customers were me and my daughter. Only he was Asian.
Worst service. I immediately reported it to the store manager. She handled it calmly and well. thank you to her But I was with her. Assistant manager? Supervisor? The woman was also very rude.

The worst customer service. Went to the electronics and had to wait for somebody, there was nobody there. There were no help buttons anywhere so I went to the scanners and called somebody which nobody showed up. An associate walked right by me. Went up to him and told him we needed help electronics. He called somebody over, somebody came within five minutes. But she look like she was upset that we bothered her.

Drive up at this Target is amazing. It saves time plus the Target worker who bought the items is positive, friendly and hard working. Highly recommend Target Puente Hills and the drive up service.

VERY UPSET, I got a target pick up from here and the bags I was handed had BLEACH on the outside of them!!! They ruined my $100 leggings and I was inhaling the unsafe chemicals in my car with my windows up for 10 minutes, putting my health at major risk. I was offered a $10 compensation in store and told to call target customer service if I wanted further assistance. $10 to compensate for property damage AND chemical exposure?? What a joke! This is dangerous and absurd.

The clerk in this store is a moron. I was queuing behind the checkout counter, and the clerk at the returns desk called me to go to her to pay. After I passed by, the clerk actually walked away to do other things.
