I don't care what the naysayers say about this place. They took great care of me for years and years and years. They're a hole-in-the-wall kind of place, but that's what makes them a good choice: If you're paying cash, they don't rip you off. They're very reasonable in price, and they're personal toward their patients. They're independent and down-to-earth, not like the big, fancy, arrogant, corporate, over-priced places. (I had to move out of town, but if I were still in the area, they'd still be my go-to place, no question.)

my fiance had pretty horrible experience he was "forced" my insurance company to go in for annual check-up he went in and saw the doctor on the 17th and they took multiple viles of blood and first time it went okay he got a call couple days later and was told he need to come back to check his potassium level again and it was high from last time he went back on the 24th of May and they took one more vile of blood and this is a result after his visit not to even mention.. i thought insurance covers once a year check up which includes blood work? he was charged for his initial visit with doctor along with blood work and second time visit fee along with second blood work after $210 spent to be told you are fine and left with punctured veins or possibly arteries? he couldn't move his arm for couple days and now theres pretty nasty looking bruise on his arm he said it was the same person who took his blood both times

Took my son here before and after Covid. Before Covid, it was always packed. People waiting outside the door. After the pandemic, it seems like they spaced out their patients a bit but the waiting room is still packed. Chairs are side by side. Magazines that dozens of people have been touching. One pen for everyone to use. After you get your vitals checked there seems to be no sanitizing after each patient. The same table used to check your pressure is the same one used to draw blood. Doesn't even look like they change the plastic covering from who knows when. There are restaurants that have higher standards than here. Had to shower as soon as I we got home. Also this office schedules follow ups before the results are in so you have to pay another copay even if your results are normal. Questionable practice. Never did that before. Think I'll be looking for a different Dr's office.

I would personally not go to this facility. The woman that answered the phone was soooo awful. We called because this facility was listed on our insurance card. Not to a mistake of our own. When explaining it to the lady on the phone she was like very dismissive and rude and when we explained that we are concerned about our families health she rudely said --- well just go to an emergency room - & had such an attitude! If there was a negative star I would put that (this is just my personal opinion)

Went to go get physical exam. Requested them to check my blood. Expensive fees. When came back to retrieve the report. They asked me to pay the doctor again. They didn't even mention in advance that they will charge you again when you retrieve your own report. No good.

Not recommended. There are no other patient when we were there Dr. Liu's staff made us wait as usual. While we were waiting in the examine room we can hear some video is playung in the other room. Odd. Then Dr. Liu talked to his staff before he finally sees my son. This was follow up visit to get my son's physical for his school but instead of filling out the papers Dr. Liu asked questions which he asked last time regarding blood test and annual check up. To me it looks like he trying to queeze out more insurance claims which was unable to do so. Dr. Liu took the papers and went to other room. Then his staff coming back saying that he won't do it until our insurance allow to do annual check up which is available next month. What? To me Dr. Liu put money before the patient. Again, not recommended.

Everything negative reviews about this place are true, my mom came here all the way from AZ here to do blood test. Then when the results was ready, they called and made a huge deal about it, so my mom had to come back here from AZ again, then they said to my mom, you are fine. What? Wait what? They are just trying to trick your insurance company. Horrible place!

I was there for bronchitis and lung murmur. Dr. Zune Liu proscribed AUGMENTIN is an oral antibacterial combination consisting of amoxicillin and the beta lactamase inhibitor, clavulanate potassium (the potassium salt of clavulanic acid). He is a good Doctor and have seen him for last ten. However, I did the blood test by one of the staff. The female staff from China is the assistant of another staff named "Lisa". She is ok but Do not take the blood examine from Lisa's assistant (don't know her name). She left me a big scar on the blood test and took a very long time for the blood drawn to the mini tube. She then twisted and turn the needle. Unlike Lisa I felt she was fine but not her assistant. Not going to let her staff take the blood again and by the way, please review the label of all the drugs next door. They just newly open. Look at the labels. DO NOT accept "any drug" MADE in CHINA. Take it at your own risk. They have drugs from other manufactures.

Great experiences. All the staff were very friendly. Dr Liu gave me a detailed explanation of my health situation which saved me from getting worse on my blood sugar level. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

This is a really good medical clinic for comprehensive health care. I have been coming to this clinic for years and receiving the attentive care from Dr. Liu. His office staffs are courteous and efficient especially with Mona and Christina - always with a friendly smile. What I like most about this clinic is Dr. Liu's bedside manner, he seems to be willing to listen and spending time with his patients. He takes time to explain to me about my medical issues and complaints, no questions unanswered. I can feel he really care about my health and wellbeing. I am definitely continue to seek medical care when need with this Urgent Care of Rowland Heights. Highly recommended.
