Was here yesterday shipping about 6 gift boxes to my relatives and overheard one of the male workers yelling at a Chinese lady with maybe 10 packages that she couldn’t ship that much, and straight up limited her to ship only 1-2 packages. While I was able to ship all of my gift boxes. This is straight up racist, bullying behavior from the workers. I would drive the extra 10 minutes next time to the other usps with much friendlier workers.

I always send mail and parcel is good service. But I have asked they have not passport service.

This is probably the dirtiest and most inefficient post office in the state… I gave up shipping a package after waiting more than 15 minutes in the line. There were not that many customers waiting in the line but there was only one clerk working at the window who disappeared into the back area and never came back out…

This usps is only one I feel like the worst usps I have encountered my whole life.
Reason :
1. No mail box for drop of letter
2. Open at 9:00am while other average open around 8:30am
3 if you don’t have a blue post box for us drop off letters maybe I was thinking the maybe a slots on the door ? Nope nothing

I picked up a few packages from here; every time, the staff brought them out quickly, and the staff is always friendly. Even though there's always a line, it moves quickly.

November 2024, I do not have issue at onsite clerk, but the postman either delivered my media mail into the wrong mailbox number, or he left it on the stair metal barrack everyone past by can see my parcel and stole it. He supposed to lay the small bubble envelope flat near my apartment door. I lost a blu ray movie and it wasn't insured by the sender! 😠 On Feb 12, 2025, i lost another parcel, either the postman stole it, and or he didn't deliver. I was at home, I picked only 1 of 2 packages received. Ebay tracking shows it was delivered with USPS tracking. I have never lose a package from UPS and FedEx 🤯😠

Absolutely not,
My package has been pending acceptance for 7 days now. I am certain someone in staff has stolen my package! Not only that. I have been on hold for an hour and a half now. Nobody picks up. It never arrived to the destination that I needed it to. If you see this post office be aware.

First time there to send next day package to the City of Prosper, TX.
Was advised that because the town is very small (so, 18 mi from Dallas!!!) they cannot deliver it the next day, but two days later! Charged "next day" price nevertheless. A 5-star fo staff being very helpful and cheerfully.

There is a reason this place has bad reviews: the employees. They are federal and they know they won't get fired and are dead inside because they know they are stuck at this job until the day they expire and so just do not care. UPS is the way to go at least these two places employ living human beings and provide quick service and are not so stingy they make you pay for tape.

Long line and made me wait 45 min just to scan my PREPAID package. They need a self service scan! Other USPS offers the self scan.

wasted my time, told me i needed another form of id , i come back to the paper another lady didn't even need my other Id. The fat but and asian lady with no gloves wastes peoples time. fire rhem
