Horrible Horrible Experience with the pharmacy here. A rude lady here name Hortencia. She can't even bear the fact you ask her a reasonable question. She gave me dead stares. I was trying to get my covid vaccine and flu shot here, I booked it a day in advance. When I arrived, they refused to give it to me since I do not have a prior record of vaccine shot. I was shocked that I have to show them the vaccine record to receive one. I told them I am from Nevada, they can look me up in the government website, it takes you less than a minute, they said I have to go somewhere else to use a computer and a printer to print out the record before they can take me in. I asked them what happened to people who never received a covid vaccine before, they said that's a different issue doesn't apply to my case. Basically shutting me down for no good reason. There is zero sense of help here, straight up rude people. I have been using the walgreen pharmacy all my life, but this one in particular, stay away at all cost.

I went to this Walgreen to drop off my package (to Fedex), but the lady with purple hair working at the photo/Fedex center was SUPER rude and her attitude during the dropping-off process entirely made me uncomfortable! She kept rolling her eyes like she looked down on me every time she answered my questions. She also kept saying like "What???" that made me look stupid. It seemed like she does not want to work at all and I could feel she has been rude to every customer since I saw her talking with others with her unpleasant attitude after my turn. I don't usually complain about rude staffs since I try my best to avoid any uncomfortable situations and don't want to waste my time, but her attitude was TOO MUCH! Her customer service completely ruined my day and I wanted to let you guys know this: "Don't go to this Walgreen if you need any service from Photo/Fedex center.

I made appointment for my parents for Covid -19 vaccine at this store, my parents are 86 and 87 years old, they don't drive. When they arrived store on time, the pharmacist ( Angela) refused to give them vaccine because they did not bring their old Covid -19 vaccine card. But on their website post : Regardless of previous vaccination history, the CDC recommends a single dose of the updated COVID-19 vaccine for most people. Later they found my parents vaccine history on their system, but she still refused to give my parents vaccine, just because they didn't bring vaccines card. My parents have to walk back and forth for vaccine which is not necessary at all. She is not qualified to be a pharmacist, she abuse these elder patients by her power. If you experience similar situation or any problems, please report her to California state board of pharmacy.

I don't even know how Carl became the manager at the Walgreens Pharmacy but he is hands down the rudest most condescending unprofessional human being I have ever dealt with. Idk if they just hire anybody or what but he exuded no sense of sympathy, professionalism, or yet alone, morality. He lied to cover up the mistake of him and his pharm tech and after me complaining of about the experience they put me through, he asked "ok are you done now?".. the words and the attitude that came out of his mouth were utterly degrading. Backstory: they gave my prescription to someone else & instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he tried to tell me that he thought I gave consent to do that.. with no proof. Completely against HIPAA. He gave out my full information and whole prescription to someone who was not me. All I wanted was an apology but instead he blew it out of proportion, and I will now be escalating this to corporate.

do not purchase any gift cards of any kind from this store.... i purchased a gift card for target from this store. a couple weeks after i gifted it to my friend she called me and told me it had no fundfs. ( i was embarrased and annoyed). i called to store to let them know and they said i had to contact corporate becuase there was cothing they could do. after 3 months of dealing with corporate( emailing eachother back and fourth) they said my case was closed becuase the funds were in the account. called target to check gift card balance and they said there was no money in the card. called walgreens again and they said that my friend, the person whom i gifted the card to could call and complain. long story short nothing was resolved and i ended up loosing $100.

Came by to pick up some pictures that I ordered and they were ready to go right away. I ordered ahead of time on the app so that way there was a smoother transaction. Quick and easy.

They really get caught off guard with the random traffic in the store during the mornings. You usually see one employee cashiering , and the mana get tries to go around packing online orders and often time you just have to "wait" and just "wait" some more. I guess it's the way life is if you shop at Walgreens. Tough business

so many things all in one store! Seemed chaotic, but the store was clean. I found what I needed an at a great price. Its a great neighborhood store with friendly staff. I wish the pharmacy was 24hrs.

I waited in line at the register to pick up my photos. Cashier Anna told me to go to the photo department and told me she'll be right there. THEN SHE PROCESSED to ring someone up behind me!!! A lady with purple hair doesn't have a badge no uniform whatsoever was pushing a cart of cardboard box into the back of the photo department. She later rolled her eyes and said why didn't you ask me I was here the whole time. LADY! YOU SAW ME STANDING IN FRONT OF THE PHOTO DEPARTMENT THE WHOLE TIME. Why didn't YOU ask if I needed help. How am I supposed to know if you're a janitor or a stock staff?When I was leaving I approached a male staff his name was Carl according to his name tag, he kept walking away and said he's helping someone else. Didn't even bother to stop and make eye contact. This entire store is filled with nasty staff. Every single one of them. Go to CVS they have much better service

This just happened right now 10:40 am. Been with them for several yrs. But this is unacceptable. I always get my prescription meds altogether every 3 months. This time I came here 3x this week. Just to get each one of them separately at the drive in pick up meds. But today, I waited almost an hour there's a car in front of me and a car on my back ( both of them were together because they kept walking back and forth) all I really need is to get my 1 prescription med. The lady at Walgreens not even apologetic when I explained my situation to her at the window ( seemed not interested in hearing my frustration ). I guess I need to go get my prescription in rite aid.

This is for their Photo Department. I picked up my (2) Photo Book orders on 08/21/22, Order around 7:30 PM PST. When I created the photo book, I used a specific template that was also specifically part of the feature when creating a photo book from Walgreens.com.The color theme that I picked has a light brown color themed and when I picked up my photo books, I noticed that the background with white circles turned out pink and there are about 5 pages with this pink background. The photo book that I made are gifts for my brother and sister and the photos are from our Dad's funeral.When I got home, I called the store informing them that the color turned out pink. I spoke with Christine and she told me to give her a couple of minutes, she will do research and she will call me back. Christine called me back approximately 5 minutes after and she mentioned these exact words, "they print as-is and there is nothing they can do about it.I informed Christine that the background that I used is NOT something I personally uploaded. The background was something that was included in one of the featured templates when creating a photo book online. When one of the toners is out, let's say the Cyan is out, it will pull the color from one of the toners available, which could be Yellow, Magenta, or Black. I explained that to Christine but she didn't seem to understand it. Christine's exact words to me were, "Contact our Corporate, maybe they can give you a better offer". I tried filling out the Contact Us form on the Walgreens website but it seems to be down.These were printed from your company, so how is it that I'm being offered a discount for a mistake that I did not even do? She does not seem to understand how important these photo books are for me and my family.It's a funeral for a man, for my Dad, why would I pick a pink color for it? She also viewed the photo book herself and did a test print and it came out pink when she printed it herself, sigh. I asked her to re-print them for me but she said she can't do it, all she can do is offer me a discount. It's a company'stoner issue, why don't I deserve a re-print of the two photobooks that I ordered, it just doesn't make sense.

I always thought Walgreens is a tad bit classier than Rite Aid or Sav On. But Walgreens needs to do online integration better. TWICE I saw some deal on Slickdeals, went to place the order for pickup at Walgreens. They confirm your order and cancels it later on. What is the point of it all? If your inventory system can't deal then I'm sorry man game over. I don't got time to be shopping at Walgreens no thanks

Keeping it real. Made a online appointment for a free Covid test for myself and my 14-year old daughter after we had various symptoms. Most locations charge to test or very challenging to make an appointment. Walgreens made it very easy to make my two appointments for the following day. Instructions on what to expect and what to do, where to go etc.. were emailed to me within minutes of making and confirming our appts. Everything was done via the drive-thru pharmacy. The entire process took fifteen minutes and the employees were extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Walgreens.

This Walgreens is located on the corner of Fullerton and Colima, which is super busy at most hours. The parking lot has ample spaces, but just drive defensively because it appears everyone in this area is in a rush. The pharmacy staff members are really helpful, especially if you end up need rare medications that have to be special ordered. I also appreciate getting text reminders about refills. I love that this location also offers a variety of printing options for photos (books, prints, canvases). Keep in mind that they are pretty busy, so go run some errands while you're waiting for your drugs and photos. There are a lot of fun eateries within walking distance!
