Do NOT use them. On there way to Big Bear, they called me and said hiway 18 is closed. They are going to charge me $180 more to turn around and go hiway 38. Caltrans has it posted closed 8am-3pm Aug 12-29. Why is this my fault??? I told them it's not fair, they charged my credit card anyway. They should check road closures. They were coming from Redlands. They have my credit card information. Now that bothers me.

SCAMMER ALERT!!!! Do not use this company!!!!!
My mother used this company to move items from her storage unit into a new rental home after our entire house burnt down. Despite the name “Big Bear Moving”, they are located in Redlands. They didn’t check road conditions before leaving to come to Big Bear, and very stupidly chose to come up the 18. Which is closed. Theres signs everywhere saying its closed. Caltrans website says closed. The owner apparently lives in Running Springs, which is definitely a lie because all locals know the 18 is closed.
So they got partway up, saw it was closed, and called my mother to tell her she was on the hook for their mistake and had to pay $180 extra to recoup their lost time and gas. For their own mistake. She argued with them, but they were firm. So they scammed her out of her money because they were too stupid to read all the road closed signs or check road conditions online.
Do not under any circumstances use this company. They will steal your money.

Big Bear Moving, Inc was great. They were very professional and moved the furniture plus much more with care and efficiency. Basically, they saved the day when other moving companies, big or small, did not know how to deliver to Lake Arrowhead.

Professional mountain movers are hard to find and depend on, but Big Bear Moving was amazing. As our realtor said, they handled our move with professionalism and care. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Big BeAr Movers, and I would definitely use them again. These movers had all the tools and dollies to be quick and more efficient than other movers I have had in the past. These movers were very fun to be around and made the moving process alot less stressful.
