Bob and Sam are great. Bob is completely unpretentious and very warm and welcoming. He can do just about any custom or repair work you'll ever need. He should be able to, he's been in the business from the 1970's. Prices are great too. Totally worth the drive!

I Uh recently ordered a custom engagement ring from Bob S. which he made custom from a stone he special ordered and put into a custom diamond studded rose gold ring which he also designed from scratch. I still cannot get over the almost surreal effect of the setting which seems to float the stone magically in mid-air! His ability to take our idea and surpass all expectations is truly amazing... My girl is so happy and so am I. Thanks Bob you are the best.

My girlfriend and I walked into this little shop and was welcomed by Bob. He instantly made us feel like we were best buds that haven't seen each other for years. Few moments later his wife Mary walked into the shop and was just as welcoming. We are visiting lake arrowhead to celebrate our 6 year anniversary and we're looking to buy some rings. As we are on a budget, both Mary and Bob treated us like we were big spenders. It's nice to know that good humans still exist and for sharing your secrets to a happy relationship.

My wife and I went here to get her wedding ring reset for our 10-year anniversary. The old band was semi-hollow and was showing a lot wear. They designed us this custom ring that included two additional amethyst birthstones for my daughters and added the additional diamonds on the outside of the ring. He worked with us to make a custom 3D model of what the ring would look like and then beautifully cast and set the ring. We couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. This picture doesn't even do it justice; it looks much better in the sunlight.

Omg! so great selection of amazing handmade jewelry Robert and his son are amazing designers. You can go in with an idea and come out with a custom piece you will love. If you get a chance stop in and check out their selection! They also can repair, clean, or alter jewelry you may have bring life to an old piece, his rates and prices are great, I always shop there before any where down the hill

Friendly, fast, honest ,affordable, with a cute dog. First time there, and wont be the last really enjoyed the selections and the affordability and his honesty also love the twig and leaf ring. Did enjoy the puppy in the shop! Made my grumpy cat attitude so much better!
