Stopped to ask about snow chain and asked if I can borrow a tool to take off the snowchain, which was not necessary that that day. They were more than helpful, and I could not thank them enough. I would trust this business, and plan to rent my gear here next time when I come back to big bear.

Absolutely love this board shop. The employees are all so helpful. I was having issues with my boots and was just asking if they had any recommendations on J-bars. One of the employees, matt, then grabbed some from another store for me to pick up at the end of the day. They go above and beyond.

This is my go to shop for any and all equipment for snow activities and it has been for over 15 years. Recently Donna and Matt welcomed my 7 year old daughter to the good vibes this place was founded on. Ski & board rental, clothing, the works. Matt sized, and waxed everything up, while Donna starred in my daughters first ever snow ball fight! These people are Monarchs of the gate way to Big Bear. Please see photo below. From the moment we walked in , despite the confusion on our part and large amount of time we took they were patient and extremely helpful. I've been snowboarding before me and my girlfriend do it often but this trip was different because I had brung my mom up to a cabin for her birthday /shout-out the Capricorns/along with my mom I had my little sister and little brother, but when me and my girlfriend were finished getting set up with the help of Codie, Chris, & Nate my sister and her boyfriend needed extra time and or convincing to get all done . Long story short if you've read this far I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location VS any other branch or type ski rental . Great Boards Great Service Great Price & super close to snow valley They'll have you in and out before the slopes open ! Oh yeah and I can't forget Conner helped us check out , like the others he was a awesome person

We went to this particular Leroy's on the way to snow valley. We absolutely loved Andrew and his coworker that was there with him that day. Both of them were so very helpful and attentive. they helped measure our boards and gave us their honest recommendations. We ended up getting snow gear- clothes, got boards waxed, and shades- everything we needed due to their great presence. We didnt feel the need to go elsewhere. Thank you so much for your help.

I have come here for rentals for years and am still super satisfied. Their prices are good and they are fast and friendly. I haven't even bothered going anywhere else because it's just so easy to hop off the road get your stuff and then hop back on. Their equipment is always nice and in good condition. If your headed up the mountain stop here and give them a try.

Workers were 20 minutes late to open I. The morning. It was just me and a buddy and two workers and had to tell them 4 times that allxwe wanted to rent was a couple boards. The fit was way off too. We are both 6'0" and I'm around 220lbs and they fitted us both on 155 boards. When we returned, everyone was eating lunch all over the shop and just told us to lay them wherever.
