“I am an over the road truck driver and picked up a load today 9-14. Lots of room in the lot and easy to get in and out. Very courteous organized and efficient staff.Marcos got me loaded and on my way in 20 minutes. If all my pickups we're as smooth and efficient as this, my job would be so much easier. Thanks a ton!”
“I went to 1 stop Mail shop because I needed to get a paper notarized in order for me to continue my process in getting my real I.D. drivers license. I went on a Saturday and Valerie was there to assist me. There were two ladies ahead of me that Valerie was assisting with their live scan finger printing. When it came my turn, Valerie notarized the papers and got it mailed out for me to reach it's destination by Monday. The shop is clean, has supplies for you to ship things, has a range of inventory of novelties, and there are mailboxes for you to rent instead of getting one at the actual post office. You can get your pages delivered there instead of your home if you are worried about porch pirates in your neighborhood. I checked on Monday and my paperwork arrived when she said it would. I got what I needed mailed back to me so I could continue my process within the time frame I needed. Everything was reasonably priced and I will be using their services from now on.”

Usually i find the clerks want nothing to do with people and strive to do almost as little as possible. I was helped today by Ken and he went above and beyond to try and help me out anyway he could. “These people really do their best under the circumstances. Being in the mountains can cause staffing issue in bad weather. Occasionally, a worker will socialize a little too long and hold up the line but nothing ridiculous. Overall a great post office, with a small-town vibe!”
