“Had an issue pulling into the space I was originally assigned. The neighboring RV was encroaching my space. I called into another facility, as the highland facility was technically closed for business. The gentleman who answered the phone took care of the issue very quickly by assigning me to another space. He was very professional and understanding.”
“The location was perfect. The Associate was very helpful and polite. The UHAUL- we had to wait an extra hour to pick up our rental as the codes did not work for us. When the associate came into work, she too had the same issue. She had to contact UHAUL to fix the problem. Return time remained the same, it was not extended.”

“Apart from not having vans etc the experience from top to bottom went without a hitch which was ok because I was renting a truck (insert rim shot). Everyone was super nice and efficient. The truck ran perfectly which is nice because I had to go all the way from Running Springs to La Habra (quite a haul). I hope they consider bring some vans though, that would really be helpful for the local population in picking up furniture and such from companies down the mountain.”
