“Overall a great experience. They just need to work on the app. Took me 30 mins to do a return after hours..had to call customer support for help. Other than that it was great. “Apart from not having vans etc the experience from top to bottom went without a hitch which was ok because I was renting a truck (insert rim shot). Everyone was super nice and efficient. The truck ran perfectly which is nice because I had to go all the way from Running Springs to La Habra (quite a haul). I hope they consider bring some vans though, that would really be helpful for the local population in picking up furniture and such from companies down the mountain.”
