I’ve been a wine club member here for years and have always had wonderful experiences, which is why I was so disappointed by our recent checkout interaction. We booked the Oak Terrace tasting with Anna, and it was absolutely perfect — she was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the afternoon so special and reminded me why I’ve loved being a member for so long.
Unfortunately, when it came time to check out, the cashier was shockingly rude. I was trying to discreetly pay for our order, but she loudly announced the total, then told me my card was declined. My bank immediately notified me that the payment had been approved, and when I mentioned this, she smirked and said, “Oh yeah, it was.” The tone and attitude were completely unprofessional.
I’ve always loved this winery and its staff, but this particular employee may want to consider a different career than customer service. It’s such a shame to end an otherwise perfect tasting on a sour note.

Second visit to Mumm Napa, now after being a wine club member for 4+ years. Such a nice visit! The sparkling wines are delicious, the service is top-notch (Maddie was superb!), and the cheese pairing was delicious and perfectly chosen! My husband loved the caviar pairing, too. I can’t speak more highly of the Oak Knoll Terrace tasting- it’s worth it!

Very nice employees. The assistant manager, ugh.... I can't spell her name , it starts with an R, was very helpful and nice. We had a great conversation.

Mumm Napa is absolutely stunning! The incredible views from the tasting room are matched only by their amazing sparkling wine. We had such a great experience and can't wait for our first shipment of the DVX to arrive. Highly recommend a visit!

The wine was fantastic but Austin made it a special occasion. The view from the patio is beautiful and it was relaxed compared to other vineyards.

Lovely views from any seat. Great service and selection. We liked every tasting. Knowledgeable servers who nailed every description. Central location in Napa Valley. Multiple options of venues for tastings.

We popped in last minute between other tastings and Carly was awesome. We had a large group and she made it happen! She gets hospitality and was a great representation for the brand. Love the bubbles and signed up for the membership. Thanks Carly!
