“My sister and brother-in-law took me wine tasting at Elizabeth Spencer. They're members so we visited earlier in the day for their cellar sale and returned later in the day for wine tasting. The cellar sale had bottles as low $10! It's a smaller winery compared to the others but it has its charm. We sat outside and enjoyed our wine. We had already been to Raymond Vineyards and Oakville Merchant that day for some wine so I was feeling it at this point haha. The sommeliers were very nice and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time and we will most likely return.”

“Lily was an expert on wines and we learned a lot from her during our wine tasting. We tasted 4 wines and they were all noteworthy. The location is excellent, a short distance off a county road. The building is adjacent to vineyards. Lovely interior with plenty of light. Loved the Calistoga winter passport offers!”

“We were at the end of the day. We passed by this place earlier, and I had commented on how beautiful it looks. On our way back to our B&B we passed this again, and I thought it deserved another look. So at 430, we turned in for a tasting, and I'm glad we did (I may be the only one). Personally, this is a brilliant "hidden gem" (it's on the main strip, so not so hidden). I did the premier tasting, and was in love after the first sip. The FS wines made me sigh in a way that I wish the whole world except me and the wine would disappear. My 3 compatriots were not of the same opinion, but their loss. I'd rather be joined by a glass of Flora's Legacy than any of them. I cautioned Jesse that I talk a lot (they close at 5), and she reassured me that it was ok (she didn't realise what she agreed to). She was amazing and stayed an extra hour til 6, and I am very grateful because the building and wine bottles are gorgeous, and the wine itself is amazing. Flora's Legacy chardonnay and Out of Sight cabsauv were the standouts for me. Now my compatriots, also oenophiles, were not fans, so YMMV, but I can unequivocally say that Jesse went above and beyond, and I loved the wines. À la Arnold, I will be back...”

“We came here right after going to v sattui since it was right across the street. Staff here were super friendly, you could tell they were really passionate about their wine! Their wines were fantastic! We bought a bottle of one of their white wines, soliloquy was the name of it. A lot of the wineries will not let you in without a reservation. We did not have one at Flora Springs and they greeted us warmly when we walked in. I recommend checking them out on your trip out to Napa!”

“Songbird Parlour is the perfect blend of luxury while still being immersed in authentic hospitality. I have been to two private events there now: one as an attendee and one as the host. I hosted my company holiday party and every detail was perfect. This team really shines and shows what Sonoma has to offer: hospitality that makes everyone feel special. My team had an amazing time and my experience as their client was top notch. Food, drinks, venue, service are all 5 stars!”

“This was one of the best tasting experiences we had in the valley. Chris was very attentive to our party. He brought the knowledge and the charisma to our visit. We got to tour large casket rooms. Overall, the wines were great too. Amazing Cabernet. We will definitely be coming back.”

“Walked in for a few glasses of wine. The ladies were super friendly and helpful and the Pinot noir was full bodied and tasty. Great ambiance outside and when ordered another glass up front they knew what we were drinking. Great customer service. I believe it was Abby and Kaitlyn (spelling?) that helped us and are amazing! Thank you for a great experience and will return for a full tasting next time”

“I had both my wedding shower and a year later my baby shower at the Magnolia room. It is SO beautiful, and the space was perfect for small and large groups both. The kitchen made for easy catering both times. The best part is the lighting. My pictures were fantastic because of all that natural light showcasing all the decorations. Thank you so much for making these special moments even better!”

“This place is now in my list of top 5 wineries in Napa. Recently went with friends at the recommendation of a local distributor. Snacks were typical cheese, nuts, and crackers to keep your palate neutral during tastings. The atmosphere was so cool though. One of the oldest operations in Napa, and the wines are fantastic. They also sell Profile as their higher tier wine, but we loved the Merryvale wines for their excellent quality for the price.”

“Relaxing place to stay. We booked a premium suite. It’s a nice hotel within walking distance of soooo many great places. The only downside we experienced was the hotel food was not the greatest and one night we decided to order DoorDash and the hotel did not have utensils available because the restaurant was closed. I stay at a lot of hotels, and even ones without restaurants usually have utensils for guests.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful private tasting with Sandee as part of my daughter's bachelorette celebration in Sonoma. She provided us a great education on B.R. Cohn and introduced us to several delicious wines. As a wine club member, I knew it would be our party's favorite stop of the day! We hope to come back soon.”

“Basically a Garden of Eden... but better, because this garden has Fried Chicken instead of fruit. Tucked behind "ad hoc," is a gravel path that leads into "addendum" -- admittedly thought it was going to be more hype than anything given the attributions, location, and the ubiquitous category it specialized in... but it turned out to be the most impressively delicious fried chicken ever. Frankly I didn't know fried chicken could be so good -- it wasn't greasy, the inside which was juicy and extremely balanced and seasoned through-and-through, the outside was perfectly crunchy with a good consistency, and the finishing touches of salt and rosemary. The side items faded into the background, including the understandably pricey added-on caviar item that didn't really add to the experience headlined by the fried chicken... although the champagne (that comes with the caviar) did work well with fried chicken. Deceivingly casual, besides the location, the entire no frills service format involving ordering out of one shack, picking up at another (bigger) shack, and self seating at basic picnic tables... great for any kind of party whether single travelers to families.”

“I think the hotel itself was beautiful but the facilities were not kept up. Our Balcony had spider webs and dust everywhere. We weren't aware that the balconies wouldn't be separated. The bar was nice and chill. All of the perks that came with the room was nice also.”
