Absolutely beautiful floral arrangements! I'm so glad I found this little gem. I purchased an all white floral arrangement and they delivered same day. My friend loved them as it almost brought her to tears. Thank you so much for the beautiful work!

If I could give a “0” I would. Website horrible promising delivery by certain date, saying I had to pay more to get the delivery day I wanted. Turned out it was delivered early. Called to complain. They said I wasn’t charged extra ( so I guess they figured deliver early???). They offered complimentary replacement gift, which I was assured would be delivered on the day I wanted. Then, day after my delivery day, was notified delivery would be late. I called to cancel delivery and they said they couldn’t do so I requested it NOT be delivered to original receipt as the funeral had passed. I spent over an hour on phone with several reps, had to ask for a supervisor. Then got unwanted calls back from different representatives. No coordination. Horrible

I paid $366.00 for this flowers for a deceased loved one a month ago. The original picture had ten times more flowers on the arrangement than this one. The flowers arrived during the service which was quite disrespectful. Everyone was very disappointed. It was a waste of our time and effort. I will NEVER order from this place again!

I will no longer be using 1800 Flowers after being a loyal customer for the past 10+ years, as the flowers are not being delivered. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my dad at the hospital and specified deliver b/t 9am and 12pm. They said they delivered them at 2:37pm; however, my father wasn't released until 3:15pm and still had not received the flowers. I called and they said they would re-deliver them to my dad at his home. I verified and confirmed at least 5 times all of the information. They were to be delivered on 11/10, as of 11/13/23 he still had not received them. They are very friendly on the phone; however, friendly isn't the end-all, delivery is what matters, especially when you are spending almost $100 on flowers. Very disappointed and will not be coming back again.

This company is trash! They did not get flowers to my friends Mother’s funeral and then had the audacity to say they can deliver it the next morning!! WHAT!! I wish I could give -5 instead of 1!!!!!

I give two stars because they refunded in full. After filtering for 'Same Day' products I selected an item priced at $99 but after entering all of my details learned of a $23 'Local store' fee. Still I wanted my sister to get the flowers so I paid it. 4 minutes after the 'Processing your order' email I get another that says they tried to deliver but couldn't. I called and was told it would be delivered that day. It wasn't so I got on the chat the following day and learned they rely on a local store to fulfill orders. Ok, I asked what the store phone number is and they aren't allowed to give that out. I gave up and asked for a refund. Lesson learned, search google maps in the town you want the flowers sent to and contact a local florist directly. Skip the monolithic middleman that provides terrible service at inflated prices.

The flowers that were sent to the funeral were wilted, sparse and just sad. They offered half the money back. What a disappointment. I didn't want money. I wanted the person to have beautiful flowers. The florist blew it. :( Never again.

Order appeared over a week earlier than when I paid for specifically to have it delivered on a specific day. They "sent" me a replacement that never came, this was a complete scam.

The website pushed my order through and charged me without prompting me for a delivery date or address, so the flowers were delivered to my house Saturday instead of the intended recipient today. After two pretty long and painful chat sessions with customer service, I finally straightened out the order over the weekend but it was not easy. I at least got to keep the flowers and was not charged twice, so they get a 2nd star for that.Worst part is today, the delivery person just left the flowers on the street in front of my friend's apartment in full sun, texted me a photo, and left.Between the poor order experience and the careless delivery, I will not be using 1-800 Flowers again. There are so many better options.

Ordered from 1800 flowers but never again. They set me up with a poor florist who delivered the wrong flowers and delivery itself was terrible and when I complained to 1800 they only gave me partial refund with a 20% discount that I specifically stated I wouldn't benefit from since I only used 1800 maybe 3 times in 5 years but never again.

I would not recommend 1-800-flowers. While it is convenient and a thoughtful gesture, the flowers look nowhere near as nice as what is pictured on the website. In addition, do not count on your delivery being made on time. I suggest getting flowers in person from a grocery store like Save Mart, or a local florist.

Denied my AAA discount because it was Valentines Day. Their discount is why I had gone to them in the first place. It’s advertised on the building that they accept AAA and was denied on a holiday. This was clearly false advertising.
