Have to give it less than one star the manager that has tattoos all over his necks racially profiled me because they charged me wrong for their big gulp drink, and when I tried to explain it to him he said that because I am Indian I would think something like that, and only Indian people would say something like that, even though the guy is Punjabi he wants to be racist for no reason then telling me because I'm a female he had to put me in my place!! Mind you I have been coming to the store for years on and the people that were owning it or managing it before were really cool and I never had that problem. When this new manager came along he has been very rude when he talks to men it's totally fine. He has the respect maybe because he scared but when he talks to Indian women, he thinks that he can just talk any which way he wants, sad and very rude

Worst 7/11 I've ever been to. I live in the neighborhood and they are extremely rude and have no intentions of being kind to people that PURCHASE items from their often and for many years.. I had bought a chocolate cake that was stale. They refused to exchange because there were two bites taken out of it (I had my bf try to make sure I was not trippin). I had to shake them down for another $2.99 cake.. and they did not want to give it up. Not to mention, their disgusting parking lot that they leave bags full of trash sitting in for MONTHS. Which are becoming a biohazard at some point and a safety issue.

My family and I frequent this establishment often, several times per week. Even though their items are overpriced and they are lacking inventory quite often, we still go to support a small business. Today my daughter bought a Coke Zero, took a sip and it was rancid. I went back into the store and asked if I could exchange it for a different one. The first cashier who helped me would not exchange it because it was open. The second person that came to help, assuming a supervisor of some kind said the same thing. I left the spoiled soda on the counter and will not return. This type of customer service is inexcusable, a place of business should stand behind the products they are selling to the public. They have lost the business of my family and I and our respect.

I was just in the store and I come here often. I finally have to say something. Their is always one guy that seems impatient and it's a pain just to be able to add my number to get money off or reward points. Today he was rude, barely looked my way, and seemed annoyed I was even shopping there. I decided not to even try to addy number. I just want the same respect I give . I'm a customer but not just that I'm a person who polite and give everyone working her respect. I might change stores because it was just so rude. I never complain so it was bad enough to say something on here.

This establishment is taking advantage of its customers. If you don’t know how to add your taxes they will steal from you. I have visited this 7-eleven three times in the past month. Each time I was overcharged in taxes. I purchased a beef jerky for $1.79, and the cashier/owner charged me 52 cents in taxes. She did this on three separate occasions on small purchases. I will not be returning. Their customers need to be aware of their unethical conduct.

This 7-11 has some of the rudest workers that I have ever come across. They pick and choose who they want to be cordial with and believe me when I say that my black a$$ was not picked. I understand if you don’t want to greet people or even just say excuse me when you almost run me over with your dolly, but I mean dang keep that same energy with everyone. Don’t treat the people in front of me with respect and admiration but then when it’s my turn its Crickets. That’s weird and it makes you guys look silly.

BEWARE! ****SO 2 TIMES THEY HAVE PEELED ME FOR $150.00 EACH TIME. HERES HOW: I went and bought a green dot money pack for $150.00 plus the $5.95 activation fee.. well when I got home and scratched off the money pack, and entered the info online to send the money to my card, it said INVALID.
