The staff at AAA is outstanding. We've been loyal customers since 1995, and their service, claims handling, and alarm company are exceptional. However, road service is a different matter. While the drivers are fantastic, the wait times are simply unacceptable.

Super fast and easy DMV services. I was in and out in 5 minutes after waiting for 6 days for the DMV to contact me regarding removing the non-op status in my motorcycle so I could register it.

Great service and was able to get discounted membership by adding my membership to my mom's existing membership. It was only $20+ some change for my Plus Membership good until April 22, 2024. They ALSO had the California drivers handbook which the DMV has been out of for months!

Don't give out a whole lot of 5 stars, especially for customer service you're businesses, but I was actually impressed with how fast I was in and out of here. No one was wandering around like they were lost and didn't know what to do, or where to find something. They were pleasant. The office was neat. Told them what I needed, they took my info, and made it happen. I was in and out in like 15-20 minutes vs the hour I had expected.
