The poorest customer service that i've ever encountered. The entire transition with this store has been a zero star experience, from damaged items, to promising deliveries yet never showing up, being routed to call back, delivery drivers never showing up, delivery drivers messing up when building items, the list really goes on. The overall lack of communication between the store is not worth the hassle. I'd highly recommend shopping elsewhere where you are going to be valued and overall treated with respect.

I ordered furniture on line before Thanksgiving and I was told it would be here in 1 to 3 days which I was happy with but that didn't happen and I was giving yet another date and still I have not received it now I'm being told it will be here Friday. I had my daughter babysitter on the floor I was so embarrassed of haven pregnant women getting up and down off the floor. Not once did I get a call saying that my furniture was going to be yet late again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful employees. I ordered a sectional from them and waiting from 8am to 3pm for it to be delivered. I called the store throughout the day and was told that they were just running late. Nobody showed up that day. I called the next day and and rescheduled. The next delivery date was two weeks out but the scheduled the delivery. That day came and I waited all day and nobody came. I couldnt reach anyone at the store either. This place is a straight up joke. I'm filing a report with the better business burea too.

When it comes to customer service by the account manager Eddie very disgusting and I mean it he likes to hang up on people he likes to insert his eyes into everyone’s business when they walk into the store he shows up at your house unannounced irregardless if you talk to Edric and cleared everything up about your account. But I reassured him he showed up to my house again it’s gonna be a problem?☠️, very unprofessional Eddie and when you call to speak with someone higher than him he gets upset and hangs up on you very unprofessional.They need a better account manager than him of all the years that I’ve been with Aaron’s he has been the most unprofessional. Not all stray dogs are supposed to be rehomed if you know what I mean. But all in all the other staff extremely professional they get five stars

That could be the reason he's not happy with himself. He talked to me like I was a child in trouble. I told him to pick the furniture up immediately. PLEASE go elsewhere for your furniture needs. HE NEEDS YO BE FIRED !

That could be the reason he's not happy with himself. He talked to me like I was a child in trouble. I told him to pick the furniture up immediately. PLEASE go elsewhere for your furniture needs. Follow- up - Carla called my daughter the next day and resolved the issue. Ask for her and stay away from Eddie.

Very bad manager working here, we’ve had our items for over a year now and there’s been 2 different managers at this store since we got them. The manager now whom we talk with hung up on my husband when we were trying to get an arrangement setup and he was very disrespectful to my husband on the phone whilst doing so and now I’m considering to just give the items back and never do business here again. Bad choice that manager gave us before My husband hung up the phone. Never coming back again!!!!!!

Came her just looking at furniture for the house me and my bf were going to move into. We ended up walking out of there purchasing in full our dining room table, sectional couch, coffee table and side tables, and lamps. All were on clearance and a steal of the price.

I made a payment arrangement on the app which I had to pay for, yet they still came POUNDING on my door with an attitude trying to enter my home. What was the point of my payment arrangement that I had to PAY to make???

This is the worst store ever. The movers are so unprofessional just like the workers in the store. They never got my order right. They broke glass in my home and lied on each other, mean while my dog cut her foot , my fiancé cut her foot, and then I walked in from work cutting my foot on glass that should have never been on my floor. The workers talked about there store and their manager, saying he is a piece of shit and that they were going to take his jobs. They never on time to pick up furniture. I returned all furniture and now waiting on them to come and get tv! Do not rent or buy from here! Then tried to charge me 2,000 for the tv!!! No they are horrible and I didn't write it all. They all don't have no customer service!

Very rude employees in the store!! The employees that delivered my appliances were talking so much mess about their store, telling me how I should go with a different company because their store is trash. The people over there are trash. I went into purchase something else I was sitting on the couch, waiting to talk to the manager and when the employees was talking about me telling another employee oh, she's sitting on the couch like she's about to FN and pay for it. Talk to the manager. He said he can't really do much like that is so rude. You do not talk about your customers like that and you don't talk to your customers like that if you don't like your job, you get another job, but that was very rude and disrespectful. I will not give them my money or do business with this store again horrible, horrible service.

So far I'm enjoying their business, I've bought a Samsung fridge from them and I'm loving it, I've had it for about 2 months now, and am planning to pay it off in December. All I know this location has new management so far everyone has treated me with respect. Will return for an update with a future purchase!

This is absolutely absurd and beyond understanding. Over 2 weeks ago I ordered a simple bed with a headboard. To make a long story short I have a mattress a box spring and a metal frame so far. The store manager his name is edwick, says there is a staff shortage. He has no one to help him. I can identify with that and understand. Then before they get ready to deliver, he tells me I need more apparatus for my bed and it end up costing me $16 more a month. Payments went from $75 to over $90 a month. I'm scared to death to say anything because I don't want what I have already taken away again. I did not want to go to Rent-A-Center, because they make you pay almost 12 months more then Aaron's, and I did not go to them because their monthly payment amounts to 128 the only problem I'm having at this point is that it's only a $22 difference to get a better brand and have everything delivered properly and intact. I am so disappointed because I have thought that I had finally found some place that was fair to the general public. I was certainly wrong on this first purchase I have been on the phone to Atlanta Georgia corporate office twice now and I am still in a rotten position this is pitiful and very unprofessional
