Now I want to say that this is a rich person's Ace hardware because they are so expensive there and we're in midtown and we're going through a recession how can you have people pay so much money for something that is way cheaper somewhere else like at Walmart like I said this is a rich person's hardware store

Only place in town that has light bulbs for my lava lamp so I don't go very often. But every single time that I do, the staff are always helpful and easy to find. They immediately help me locate whatever I'm looking for and the place has a really nice atmosphere.

This place used to have the nicest staff but the last time I went I found multiple staff to be rude, dismissive, and I felt profiled. I was also charged more than the display price for the item I purchased. I don’t mind paying more to support a local store but I refuse to shop where I get talked to that way.

Best ACE with the nicest staff. I just moved nearby and have visited maybe 5 times in 2 weeks including to rend a carpet steamer. I later sprained my ankle and they even came out to my van to retrieve the Bissell. Everyone inside has been super helpful with keys, finding stuff, and general knowledge. Love it.

My local store. Always has what I need, helpful staff, easy to park and surprisingly close to downtown so you don't always have to go to Home Depot on Folsom
