I want to give Alyssa at the Bar 5 stars! For giving me and my daughter great customer service last Tuesday evening! She made great drinks with a smile and was polite and accommodating to everyone who came up to the counter!

Where to start. First time we went in, there were like two people working the whole place. To order food or drinks you had to wait or search for someone. The power went out while we were there, so they gave us a coupon for free bowling. Only problem is that you can't use it online- which is the only way to make a reservation. So to use their coupon to recoup what I paid, I have to go in and get on the waiting list. The Manager was useless, supposedly they have no ability to make reservations onsite. What? This place is bush league. Won't be back.

Great place, just wish they had some vegan options on the menu, such as an Impossible or Beyond burger.

Nice bowling alley , been passing it up for many years and just thought of it as an old run down alley , well it's actually a nice up to date place . The food was ok ... but what to expect in bowling alley food .

First of all, I never knew this Bowlero location existed and I've lived in sacramento for over 15 years. lol It's a daily big location with ver 20 lanes but the lanes aren't the best. The floors were pretty slippery and lane 3 was constantly having issues. Literally after each bowler, the pin would get stuck or the bar just wouldn't come down. I had to get the attention of a worker every 10-15 minutes. Instead of moving us to a new lane, they just had someone in the back room keep an eye on it. This was so frustrating. I just felt like the service could've been so much better.

The staff here were pretty rude. A waitress would tell us she would bring us drinks and made us wait thirty minutes before we had go to the bar to grab something. The bartender looked miserable taking our order and it was just an awful time all around. The male bartenders were really cool but other than that it felt like a nuisance being there. I don’t know if the waiting staff thought since it was her birthday she didn’t need to help but I really regret coming to this location. The staff in Chico were much more friendly and I’d rather drive back out there next time.

I came here A few months ago and I would never come back. I came with A party and they gave us. A paper to fill out for the payment and I filled it then cross it out and pay with cash. And they still charge me but the charge me twice and I called to figure out why. And they told me two people Didn’t pay and when I ask them who it was they didn’t know who it was and they gave me the runaround…and told me the manager would give me A call l. when she can and never Did and when I tried to call them again Few days later. They never answered or called me back .

Bowlero was right up my alley! Here for a charity event for BBBS Greater Sac, this was my first experience bowling here. I definitely judged a spot by its exterior, only to be surprised by my experience. The staff were lovely! From the young woman who handed us our shoes to the young gentleman who was serving our lane with food and drinks. Since it was provided, he did great at alerting us when it was served and also making sure surrounding lanes had the opportunity to order additional food and drinks! We were provided the following food and it got the job done: Cheese & Pepperoni Pizza - Surprisingly good and the cheese was gooey, and the crust was chewy with a crunch. Chips & Salsa - Chips were great and salsa was very mild and even a tad sweet There were plenty of bowling balls and there are plenty of lanes for many people to bowl at one time. The machine that enters names was a little sketchy, but we were able to get information in there. I will say, the lighting in there was really RED. I don't know if this is an everyday thing or just when we were there. My eyes had a hard time adjusting. Above the lanes are so many different screens projecting a variety of shows and sports games. It was a little distracting, but I know friends were enjoying the funny ones! I honesty cannot comment on the pricing, since ours was through a charity event. I'm unsure if it is pricey or not, nor can I speak to the cost of food since I did not order outside of the food that was included in our donation. Also, the music was a vibe! We had a great a time while we were there. I could easily see myself coming back with friends or family! I wouldn't say it is striking, but it was pin-tastic!

Great place. Every once in a while there is problems with the lane but Brandon is always monitoring and seems to get shit situated fairly quickly.

Staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful.Bathrooms were disgusting and looked as though they haven’t been cleaned in months.Gave us a lane, and as they were giving us shoes, decided to give our lane to completely somebody else and told us to continue waiting even more after we have already waited for 2 1/2 hours

I really enjoyed this bowling alley and the food. The food tasted fresh and hot. Even the chips! The best part was the chocolate chip cookie cake. The bowling was fun too.
