Went in for a refill of my soda, get to the counter and my 99¢ refill costs me $2.11 at the counter. When I question this the clerk tells me NO MORE REFILLS AT THIS STORE and points to an obscure hand written sign. I tell him that all AM/PM's have 99¢ refills and he says " This is a franchise". Apparently franchises don't have to honor the same unilateral policy as the company owned stores? .??Imagine that, I can franchise a KFC and then change the recipe?...?? This store is in my neighborhood, but 7-Eleven gets all my business from here on out!!Got the rubber stamp response that everyone else is getting so I called the 800 number And all I got was "Satvinder" in India telling me that franchise owners can do what the hell they want. Maybe I WILL gat a KFC and change the recipe!

I'm at AmPm on Elder creek/Power Inn in Sacramento. Its about 5:20am on my way to work. I'm sitting in my car waiting for them toOpen. The people that work here are awesome though. Just shouldn't have to to get my coffee and something to eat. Other then that I really have no issues.
