I advised the cashier that I wanted cash back from my purchase, prior to the purchase being completed. I made the purchase to get cash back, as a matter of convenience, and to avoid the potential $100 hold when using a debit card to purchase fuel at the pump.After the purchase was submitted, I was told the cash option had been removed, I asked that the transaction be canceled and funds returned to my card. A second cashier refused, and engaged in discussing the issue with other customers. I repeatedly advised against that unsafe behavior. He continued. Others began commenting. One man approached me, in support of my argument. Sensing his agitation, I invited him to walk out with me. Leaving my receipt, I exited. Later, I returned for the receipt. Calls to the number proved futile, until the following day. By the time I reached the owner/manager, I had filed a claim with my bank.Such unscrupulous business practices, coupled with the high-risk behavior of the cashier, this business poses a threat to public safety. It is in the interest of public safety that I am submitting this post.

If I could 0 stars I would. Owners are complete crooks and racist. Practices of cash only transactions are highly suspicious. I’ve refused to go to this place for a long time now.

Thank you very much for your customer service, thank you, Juan, I am very happy for the customer service. I am 17 years old in Sacramento and I have always been arriving in passing even if it is for a coffee and a court and I have never been disrespected today. at noon and the cashier is very friendly and smiles like every day but in the comments he has to see all the good to show off and the bad to overcome it and now with the remuneration I look very good and also it is always clean, that's what I know, my health and congratulations for your am, pm thank you, your client, Juan Carlos Vera
