Broadway is in rough shape. I pull up to a group of people dealing drugs out in the open by the door to the store. An older homeless guy in extremely bad shape (his sweat pants were stained with poop all along the back) comes out of the bushes on the side to get in on the action. It's just an awful sight to see. The on-site clerk (noticeably annoyed) comes out to get rid of the group. He tried at least. Cheap gas, yes? Worth the grimeyness and sadness of desperate people, no. I'll pay more to get gas in a more pleasant environment.

I love nearby and come here pretty often. It is always clean and the staff are friendly even when they have a long line. I am not sure why they have bad reviews. ? I wish they had the crushed ice in big bags to buy is my only request for improvements ?

This is the 3rd AM/PM that shows as 24 hours that is locked and not selling anything. Did not see an employee here. Doors locked, a few people panhandling. It's 2:50am, not fun going to stores listed as open when they are not. I will continue to Elk Grove where we have REAL 24 hour service at AM/PM. What a difference alocation can make.

terrible gas station. they even upped the Arizona cans 49 cents without tax. the bathroom is out of order with no solution and they have people working there doing the dirty work for the higher ups. I don't blame them but the people who own this gas station need to step it up. you make so much money on gas you would think this gas stations should be top notch.I will be coming back to check if they fixed these issues.laws are definitely being broken. I suggest you don't support this business if it's not up to your standards

Came in tonight around 830pm. 2 customers had no mask on. Guy behind register had no mask on. I didnt want him to touch my items, so I held the bar close for him to scan. He gave an attitude and notion that I had to have it closer behind the counter . I immediately sanitized my face and items after leaving store. Will get tested next week just in case. Go here at your own risk, as I myself will avoid until store is sanitized and proper safety measures put in place. The ampm on 29th and j st is so much cleaner and customer friendly. Sad to see this store ran to the ground after all these years.

To say the employees are rude is a -major- understatement. Hours vary based on their mood. Don't expect to see anyone come to the window when the doors lock. Screw this place, just go to the location 6 blocks up the street.

Has good air pump for tires. That's great considering it's really hard to find air in Sacramento.

I'm done with ampm locations in or near Midtown after my experience here this morning. I've known that homeless people are known to linger around the ampm locations in or close to Midtown, but I kept on ignoring that in the pursuit of "cheap gas." But now I'm feeling fed up. I'm okay with homeless people hanging out as long as they don't bother me, but unfortunately I've had lots of experiences with them being aggressive and/or unpleasant and/or just not leaving me alone. Today was no exception. I'm pumping my gas and have my right passenger door open when I hear a voice approaching me and talking about my car. I'm not the mood to talk to anyone, whether they are homeless or not, so I'm already annoyed that someone is approaching my open door. As I realize my wallet is in the open door, I think to myself I better close it as this voice gets closer and closer. The gas pump hose is in my way and as I try to quickly step over it to close my door and protect my belongings, of course I trip and fall and hit my knee. My phone goes flying out of my sweater pocket as I hit the ground and the homeless person (without a mask) picks it up and hands it to me. While he wasn't aggressive, I definitely felt like my personal space was invaded and that I would have never tripped over the gas hose had I felt safe pumping gas here. People need to realize that their conversation and comments are not always welcome by strangers and sometimes people just want to be left alone. I definitely will be avoiding sketchy ampm gas stations after this experience including this one.

Worst experience ever cashier just sat on phone with his girlfriend why people were waiting in line trying to tell him what they wanted. They were just joking around on phone it wasn't an emergence but now I'm late for work.
