This ampm seems to always be closed around this time in the morning the guy never opens the door to purchase items sometimes the gas pumps are even turned off I come through here every night as I work night shifts and it's always closed its 3:30 a.m.

I had the absolute worst experience at an AM/PM store today. I went to make a purchase and presented my Mexican ID, which was made in the USA. To my surprise, the cashier refused to accept it. I explained that it was my only form of ID, and instead of helping, the trainee behind the counter was rude and dismissive. Not only was she unprofessional, but she also made me feel incredibly uncomfortable as if my ID wasn’t valid because of my nationality. This is outright discrimination, and it was clear that the trainee was not properly trained to handle such situations with respect. I will never be shopping here again, and I urge others to avoid this location if you expect any sort of basic courtesy. Shame on AM/PM for allowing this type of behavior to happen!

9/16/24 Their Air pump is broken but have no sign up to let people know and they are rude when you ask. Also the ATM is not working for NCR Pay360 withdraw. I went to another AMPM to use the ATM and air pump. My first time giving a one star ever!

Currently at the store @0320. The rude employee won’t let anyone in. Y’all need to stop the false advertising. This place isn’t open. It’s an old man working wandering in the store….for what??? If you’re not going to accept any business then CLOSE IT. Will be reporting to the BBB. To the company; don’t respond asking me to contact you— JUST FIX THE PROBLEM.

RECENTLY ALL THE AMPM STATIONS IN THE MID AND DOWNTOWN SACRAMENTO AREA HAVE BEEN CLOSING AT 1AM AND OPENING BACK UP AT 4AM. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR HOURS ONLINE AND IN PERSON BY PLACING A SIGN INSTEAD OF JUST RUDELY LOCKING THEIR DOORS WITHOUT INFORMING CUSTOMERS IN PERSON (WHEN YOU KNOCK THEY JUST STARE AT YOU RUDELY AND SAY CLOSED) OR INFORMING THE GENERAL PUBLIC BY MAINTAINING UPDATES VIA THEIR WEBSITE AND THEY NEED TO POST A SIGN ON THE DOOR IN PERSON SO THAT PEOPLE DONT WASTE THEIR TIME GETTING OUT OF THEIR VEHICLES IN THE DARK EARLY MORNING HOURS WHICH IS VULNERABLE AND DANGEROUS!! ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GETTING FED UP WITH THEM CONSTANTLY CHANGING THEIR RE-OPEN HOURS BUT FOR THE MOST PART THE CLOSING TIMES ARE CONSISTENT! IT PRETTY MUCH DEPENDS WHO IS ON STAFF WHICH IS UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

I tried to get gas with cash, but the doors were locked. Attendants didn't even acknowledge me. I left with no gas.

Customer service was good, but the bathroom was DIRTY and unattended, but i had to go!!! I appreciated the bathroom, but wished it was clean!!!

10/26/23 @3:15 am Store doors locked even though it's supposed to be 24 hrs... No notice on the door stating why but the store person sitting behind the register on his phone ignoring g customers trying to figure out what is going on. How rude.
