Horrible customer service they over price the same items all other ampms carry. There over charging buy one get one free items. Not only are they marking the item up double they are making you pay for the the bag that's supposed to be free from the manufacturer.

The Night-time employee is not only lazy, but just plain rude! He definitely could benefit from a crash course to learn some customer service skills and how the customer is always right; then you might as well throw in some more lessons about false advertising laws while he's at it!! In fact, Most the employees here are lack-luster & must be allergic to smiling as well as just about any kind of effort to help customers have a good experience, aside from ringing them up.
On the other hand, the morning time woman with dark hair, is the complete opposite of the rest, she's the shining star at this ampm. in the dreary early mornings, her contagious smile warms up the place, while her cute, bubbly personality could cheer up and/or inspire just about anyone who may need a little help to shake the morning time blues away! She's always friendly and cheerful as she works; she really showcases her resiliant tanicitcy as the store gets busier and yet she remains unphased by the inconvenience of every volatile situation that pops up , along with the chaos of the bustling traffic going through the store; in fact this is when she seems to thrive the most as she makes it look easy to efficiently navigates between customer service, and her other tasks, chores and duties to be done in her shift to keep the store running smoothly. All the while she never breaks her smile; ! is steadfast in doing her part to provide the customers with exceptional customer experiences that keep them coming back. I don't know how she seems to accomplish all her duties and chores with such efficientcy and ease, but because of these reason I believe she's a true asset to their company and business. I can only hope the people at ampm/arco know how lucky they are to have such a hardworking, customer oriented employee on their team and how invaluable she really is. If you'd ask me, if say if nothing else, she's proven to at the very least, deserve a raise! Am I right, or am I right??!!?! Lol
Anyways I just wanted to say thank you for your hardwork and keep smiling girlie!! 😁😉👏🫡😎😊

The issue here of being a 24-hour convenience store is that five times out of 10 I go in there and they say they're on a 10 to 20 minute break. Well we are on our way to work and we don't have time to wait 20 minutes.
Update for response to owner;
No need to call you owner. I don't want anything.... Just sharing my experience. I respect your store. I know it's rough there with the environment. So I commend you for that. But you're just not 24hrs.

The Workers are so disrespectful I could not even believe it got accused of stealing emptied out pockets and everything and still got accused then one of the workers chased me out with a bat do not go to this AMPM worse workers I've seen at a gas station yet. Even showed that I had cash and was going to buy something I was so surprised how I was treated

Had several of one item priced for 99 cents. When rung up it was over $2 and the cashier argued about the price, refusing to go look or acknowledge what I was saying. Simply took the item off and moved along. They should of given at advertised price. Terrible customer service, very rude.

It's a GAS Station. But it's the CLOSEST Arco to me and it's very, very convenient.This is the WORST ampm EVER. The credit card machines are down so often. The "Tap" NEVER Works. Too often I have to go inside and run the card in there. There are ALWAYS pumps that are out of Order. Then I have to move to another one. I always talk to the clerks and let them know what a problem it is and they NEVER apologize or even seem to care. The customer service skills are Non-Existent. It's dirty, they don't have a restroom. But I guess with all the people that loiter and pan handle around here I wouldn't use the restroom anyway. I decided the other day that the misery of coming here FAR outweighs the convenience and I will no longer spend my hard earned gasoline dollars at this less than acceptable establishment.

The cashier refused to accept coins (quarters) for payment for goods. Having said that they accept only paper money! What kind of nonsense? Coins are no longer money for you???
