Honestly unacceptable that I paid for gas and left by accident for a few minutes before noticing I didn’t pump my gas, I came back someone else took it. I let them know what happened they had the receipt and everything and still didn’t refund or bother to putting the fuel amount that I originally paid for. That’s terrible customer service.

What is the problem with your gas pumps, playing with people too much!! if I wanted to go inside I WOULD GO INSIDE but when I pay at the pump and I say I want to receipt it always says "SEE CLERK FOR RECEIPT". But if I had bought a car wash, you'd give me a receipt right? You HAVE TO so that you can give me a Code. STOP INCONVENIENCING PEOPLE!!!

This store is a lie in regards to their hours. Last time I checked ampm is open 24hrs like it states on their website. But yet they decide when they want to be open.

I work in a year here I Kaiser Permanente I stop by to use the restroom. The first guy said he’s working just have to get the keys from the guy. Soon as he heard that the second guy heard that he went got mop and headed there I was like hey it will take 2 sec he said sorry iam cleaning it like dude you could wait 2 mins

People who work in here are extremely rude full of attitude for no reason at all. You ask for something they stare at you for a min and would give you the largest exhale. Like Iam paying customer show some respect. I even try to have a frenulum conversation but nope he was angry he had to scan 3 items

If I could give it zero stars, I would they are close from 12 to 5 AM. I was traveling, I stopped by ans it states online they anre open because it says 24 hour but I went in there at 12 -5 AM. They are close .it said are cleaning like you will close the store for five hours for cleaning it’s insane people stop on there way here to fuel up grab some food

Terrible place and not safe at all. Crew is mean and treat everyone like thieves. Brought my own cup for ice and tried to charge me full price..should be closed down and put something else there

id give them zero stars if i could, we bought chips for their nachos and they wanted to charge us an extra 50¢ each for the cheese and chili separately for each container. so $2 to add toppings to the food i already bought. ive bought these nachos many times and this was never a thing before but i relented thinking they only wanted 50¢ for it all. they didnt specify that it was actually $2 when we asked so i searched my car for 50¢ only to be yelled at that i had to give them MORE money. when i went to get at least the chili since i paid them 50¢ already, they continued to yell at me to leave their store despite me paying for this item and simply wanting it how its advertised. i shouldn't have even been charged extra to add the toppings, since the item is advertised as something to put cheese and chili on. these guys were completely unprofessional and rude, trying to scam me out of a couple extra bucks for absolutely no reason. im honestly really disappointed that one of my favourite stops turns out to be scummy. dont go here unless you wanna get scammed.

So I came in to speak to the hiring manger (Mesha) I was so appalled by her professionalism. She came out and just stared at me. we stared at eachother for about 5 whole seconds before she threw her eyebrows up lol kinda like if you have a teenage daughter, the nonverbals you receive from them. Very unprofessional not how you’d expect a hiring manager to act. I already have a well paying full time job. I am a hard worker and I also deserve respect from the places I work at. I was only coming in so I can earn extra money while my kids are visiting for 6 months If I didn’t have stuff going on I’d come for her job;) lol

Very nice and Clean ARCO Ampm right next to 99 and the South Sac Kaiser. Very good customer service clean bathrooms, plenty of snacks and beverages, hot food, coffee and of course very great priced gas! Check this store out one of the bigger Ampm stores in the franchise
