Working with Anne was very smooth and fun! She is very kind, patient, energetic, always happy, and has a great vibe around her. She’s just helped me purchase my first home! I had no idea what to do or what to look for as a first time home buyer. Anne took the time and walked me through all the steps to buying a home. She is very honest and will tell you if something doesn’t look right, and her onion of the place. I really appreciated all of her input as it opened my eyes to a lot of things I didn’t know I didn’t want in a house. After looking at a few houses and hearing what I like and don’t like, she knew exactly what kind of houses I was interested in. She introduced me to areas I didn't even know existed! You can tell she knows her stuff. She isn’t your average real estate agent! Shes there to fight for you. I think of her as my lawyer when I was buying a home. I will definitely be going back to her again in the future.

Anne has solid understanding of the real estate market and buyers' likes and dislikes. She helped us price our house appropriately by looking at similar houses in the market and adjusted it as the real estate market shifted in the Fall of 2023 due to continuing rise in mortgage interest rates.
