If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
My debit and credit cards were stolen and used at this ARCO in the middle of the night. I came in personally, with evidence from my bank showing the charge, location, and time. Not only did the staff deny everything, but they also refused to provide the manager’s name or preserve surveillance footage.
The staff was completely unhelpful and evasive, acting like they had nothing to do with it despite the proof right in front of them. This isn’t just bad customer service, it’s a red flag. I’ve already filed a police report and a fraud claim.
If your card is used fraudulently here or you’re the victim of any crime, don’t expect them to help you. Stay away.

Dirty and full of drug addicts and homeless people - fill your car somewhere else but better not here. Also the guy at the counter let you feel that you are not welcome.

I barely go here but the time that I do, they have a sign that says “shift closed back at 12:20 “ when it hit the time they still weren’t open, two guys looking confessed and all one guy does is flip the sign I asked are u closed or no, he says yes nd I tell him he needs to fix his signWasting peoples time

Cheap, good gas, I've gotten my gas at Arco almost always. Always pay cash just to save the 10cents a gallon. It adds up.

Awful. Just awful. Two pumps refused to work. The second pump would not give me my card back. The attendants spoke, almost, no, English, and the solution was to rip it out with a pair of pliers. Everything about this business seems awful, and I would say, avoid at all costs. Just pay the extra and go across the street.

I needed gas, but only had 8 dollars, and six of it was in quarters, they refused me because of the change, and the guy in his broken english said "I have quarters want quarters?" then proceeded to toss two rolls on the counter, and smiled. I said "no I need gas." He told me "I don't need your money." Who does this to someone? It wasn't like I went in with all pennies. Thank goodness I made it to another gas station. If I could give them a negative 10*, I would. I hope he felt like a real man acting that way.
