Possible language barrier. Two of the tenants are unfamiliar of beverage pricing. Tried to double charge for a beverage and a separate cup of ice as posted. Tenant became very unprofessional and rude to my surprise. Never had an issue and have always been respectable until this day. Tenant needs to be trained more on customer service and not take out his frustration issues on a loyal customer. Possible discrimination with women. Very unprofessional.

I paid a clerk $30 cash for gasoline at pump 2 and was not given a receipt, I went to the pump but it did not work. I returned and informed a different clerk as the clerk I paid had gone to the back. The new clerk said I had already pumped my gas and I had to pay again. I asked him to get the clerk who I paid, and he did. The clerk who I paid rudely told me that I asked for gas at pump 4 and it had already been pumped by someone else. This is a small station and there was nobody at pump 4. Only 2 or 3 minutes had passed so what they claim could never have happened. They refused to refund my money or reset the pump for me without paying again. This is clearly a scam to cash customers. If this does get investigated, which i doubt, check the video cameras and they will show no one was there at pump 4 and they are simply skimming cash. This is my neighborhood and I have been going to the station for years. I had never seen these two clerks before. My thought is if they are doing this, what are they doing with peoples credit card numbers. I have filed a crime report with Sacramento Sheriff Dept. so there is an official record of this.

Unfortunately I went there a few times and every single time I experienced that the Cashier name tag “Sing” (bald elder man) at AmPm was super RUDE, And this will be last place on earth I would go cuz he repeatedly gave us sour experiences, he does not treat customers nice at all. I wouldn’t write a negative review if he was rude once or twice but I learned that this is his normal patterns. No customer deserves his bad customer service.

Prices were 14 cents higher per gallon than Costco, but closer to my home and later in the evening (when Costco is closed). There were no receipts in the pump, so to get my receipt, I had to go inside (which was inconvenient). I let the owner know that the receipts were out on my pump, and rather than acknowledge my concern and apologize, he gave me the receipt for the wrong pump #. I repeat the pump number I need, and he gives me my receipt. I will be less inclined to do business here again, only because I did not feel like a customer.
