The assistant mgr of this store assisted me with purchase of three new phones for my family members. Now I wished I never dealt with him as he was so misleading and I'm paying the price for it.
Guess that's what a sales person does is to make the sale regardless if he's truthful!

Automation between Carriers required 3 hours of human intervention, .... twice, 4 weeks apart, b4 transfer was souccssful. (Credit is not the problem.) Security and proof of Identity is cumbersome as there are names, addresses, phone numbers and other variables infrastructure do not automatically allow..... i.e. Robotic-control
Effificieny is Not Effectiveness, problems with AI. (Outsourcing to India is not cheaper.)

The associate Arely was wonderful and tried everything she could to help me repair my phone issue and that’s the only reason for the two stars. We decided to go ahead and upgrade my phone because it wasn’t repairable, but I had to go to the Apple Store to have them wipe it since it wouldn’t connect to the Internet. I paid the upgrade fee before we knew it wouldn’t connect to the Internet for her to wipe it. When I got home, I called the Apple Store. They were able to fix my phone over the telephone. I then noticed I had been charged the upgrade fee on my bank account so I called the AT&T store to inquire about getting a refund of $122 back since I was not going to upgrade my phone. The first rep had zero customer service was rude obnoxious and acted like I was wasting her time. I explained the entire scenario twice and she still came back and said “so what’s your question then? “I then asked for a manager who came on with the same attitude and wasn’t really helpful. He wasn’t willing to tell me what I needed to do to get a refund but did say “I can’t guarantee you’re going to get a refund “which just frustrated me even more. He could’ve said “for security reasons I would need you to come intro the store so we can take a look at your account and figure out how we can make this right. “ I don’t know if these people blatantly don’t care about providing customer service or just have no common sense or respect for their customers! I definitely do not recommend shopping at this location, at least not until they properly train their team. I will call corporate tomorrow!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS AT&T. Horrible service. Lady rolling her eyes, sighing, tapping her nails. We made it pretty easy and just had a few questions about transferring a line, already knew what phone we needed and everything.
Make it better? She added a bunch of services to the plan without communicating and they are extra money on my bill. Luckily I caught it and removed it from my bill. They make commission, so pay attention to EVERY thing they're doing here.
AT&T in Arden is much more friendly and actually wants to do their job to make money. I should've walked out the second she had an attitude.

My friend was turning her phone in
