Very bad service! You walk into the store and sit there for 30 minutes they don’t even acknowledge you! Very unprofessional people ..they give you the wrong information when you call them. I waited 45 minutes and then I had to leave… They don’t even deserve one star I would not visit that store. I have been there twice and I’ve been disappointed every time .

Personnel is no help. All they know is the plans , have no idea about the phones they ate selling - no product knowledge and they are rude. Act like they don't wa t to.help you!

I came here to go from prepaid to postpaid. I was told I was unable to keep my old phone number. So i ended up getting up a new number. After talking to ATT support, I was told they were more than able to switch my number. I decided to go to another ATT store and they helped me out. It was a long process for them to switch and get my old number back. I was told they probably wanted the commission for the new line.This created such a hassle. Glad I was able to go elsewhere and get it figured out.

So RUDE and unhelpful, I'm a customer and all I get is call customer service...you don't experience this at T-MOBILE, AT&T stores has become extremely un customer friendly and unhelpful, you need to fix this AT&T or you might loose me just because of that.

These guys wasted 2 hours of my time today because they couldn’t figure out how get me an account. It was a joke. First last week they said had the phones then did the deal and ended up not having any iPhones. Came back a week later to get the phone that had come in because I liked Jaden who worked there but unfortunately this place couldn’t figure out how to get me signed up. Wasted my time. I would go to a different store.

I went in because I got a text that my trade-in I made a few weeks prior is now not qualified for credit. How is this possible when I have a device trade-in reciept. I had to come in three different times after being blatantly lied to by the staff. The At&T at Del Paso confirmed that the text indicated my Device Trade-In reciept was rendered invalid. They told me lies like it was a fake text and that it was a glitch. Before they connected me with the trade-in personel via phone, they went in the back to discuss probably how they were going to lie to me next. While trying to ask questions about why I got the text about my trade in not being accepted, the trade in person hung up the call. My next step is to go to Del Paso and beg them to step in and reinstate a Device Trade-In Reciept. Here is the injustice of it: I get a trade in deal, I have 14 days to return the phone, on the 25th when its too late to return the phone, they go back on their word and invalidate my trade in. I dont understand what South Natomas store has to gain by lying and not reissuing my trade in. Also, if it is a glitch, where is my apology?

Horrible service. Didn't even get to walk in the store before being turned away by someone who worked there saying they can't help me with my phone issue. The guy in the front was very rude and looked like he didn't want to be there. I will not be going back. Avoid at all cost if you're looking for help because you ain't gonna find it here!

My daughter lost her phone, visited the store and was greater right away. Our rep went over available plans and we walked out with a new upgraded phone at a great price.I am extremely satisfied!

If there's a zero star, I will rate this branch a zero. Customer service is extremely poor. Service crew is rude.
