If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! ROBERTO made my visit truly amazing. I came into the store just 20 minutes before closing, hoping to buy a new phone—and on top of that, I needed to switch my phone service from a carrier that doesn’t even operate in California to AT&T.
I spent over 50 minutes on the phone trying to get the account number and transfer code from my old carrier with no success. But somehow, Roberto was able to track down that info in a matter of seconds—it felt like magic! He handled the carrier switch quickly, brought out the phone I wanted, transferred all my data, and even applied the screen protector for me.
What really impressed me was that even though the store closed at 9 PM, Roberto stayed late just to make sure I had everything I needed. He never once rushed me or showed any frustration. Instead, he was kind, patient, and made me feel completely welcome, even though I know he’d had a long day.
ROBERTO is an absolute GEM and a shining star at this location. After receiving such outstanding service, I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else. I truly hope the management team recognizes just how rare and valuable an employee like Roberto is—he’s the kind of person who turns customers into loyal clients for life!

Supreme was AMAZING! This was the most painless AT&T experience we have ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. I will always come back and ask to work with him.

very poor customer service, even terrible, I regretted contacting this company, six months ago I was offered to use their Internet, they sent me their equipment, but I couldn't connect it and sent the equipment back, I didn't use any equipment or the Internet, but bills started coming to me regularly every month. I came to this office several times to solve my problem and each time they promised me that they would solve my problem, as a result, collectors call me and demand payment. what should I pay for? I don't understand why the office didn't solve my problem. I don't understand, does it infuriate me, are these lazy employees, or is it the company's policy to profit from customers? I would not recommend this provider or this office to anyone. why should I waste my time for them to solve the problem. Don't they see in the office that I'm not using the Internet, why are they sending me bills? As a result, I waited for 5 hours in this office and my problem was not solved.

Store employee Supreme was incredible. From the moment I walked in, his customer service was exceptional and his knowledge of the Apple line of products was substantial. Great person to work with and an awesome experience.

I had a great experience at the AT&T store at Arden Fair thanks to Supreme! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely comfortable. He wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me on anything — instead, he genuinely listened, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy. Supreme was professional, friendly, and even brought some humor into the interaction, which made it all the more enjoyable. If you ever need help with anything AT&T-related, do yourself a favor and ask for Supreme. He’s the best!

When you are just trying to ask questions about your bill but all this female employee, with glasses, can do was to escalate the situation and repeat herself of the phrase “LIKE I SAID BEFORE…” Am I not allowed to ask questions and double verifying about my bill? It’s my finance and I think it should’ve be taken seriously. Thanks for giving the negative attitude and not assisting me in any way.
