I would like to thank the consultant Eddie Navarro . Very competent guy!!! He helped us a lot and even though we did not know English, he easily agreed to communicate with us through an interpreter and helped us solve our questions! A specialist in his field ? I highly recommend this person. And thank you so much again!!!

After dealing with 7 months of lies and false promises from AT&T, I decided to go to the store. Eddie, the employee that was trying to help me, made a joke about my situation like I was making a big deal out of the situation. It was very unprofessional and rude on his part. I took a big breath and reported him to the manager. My issue was not resolved.

Jerrick was so helpful! I went to another ATT to go from prepaid to postpaid. I got a new phone and was told they were not able to transfer my ATT prepaid number to the new line. I ended up getting a new number but after doing research I was told I should have been able to keep my old number.I went to this ATT store and Jerrick fixed the mess from the other ATT store.It was a long process but thankfully he was patient and was able to use his knowledge to make sure my old phone number was transferrred. Thanks Jerrick!!

I received outstanding service from Xavier at the Fair Oaks Blvd store in Sacramento. The phone I wanted was not in stock, so Xavier called the store at Arden Mall to verify they had my phone in stock. I then drove to that store and received outstanding service from Arturo. I'm thrilled with my new phone!

Well I went with the intention of upgrade my old phone you guys offered me many options, “colors and storage capacity”. I choose a light blue and 256gb storage capacity but you guys didn’t have neither one, honestly make no sense to me trying to selling something that you don’t have. On Monday the 23rd of October The Visit to the AT&T store at Arden mall was fantastic there was no line, so therefore there was no waiting! And the customer support persons was so very outstanding and neighborly! Very very good!

I went to the store today to get assistance with deleting some text messages that I wasn't able to figure out since I bought it in November of last year. 2 Gentlemen were standing around doing nothing. No one else was in there either. One of them deleted ALL of my text messages after I had informed him that I needed to save some. Idiot!! That's why my bill goes up every month. They have had poor customer service for about 10 years now.
