Me and my mom came to this location to buy phones and the employee did not greet us or even look up from her phone. I said we want to get phones and she said what kind in a very rude tone. We said we don’t know and she made a disgusted look. I asked her are you ok and she said yes why I said because you’re being rude. She clearly was bothered by us and did not want us there. Worst customer service EVER. I was wondering why there weren’t any customers in there. I know why now. This is unacceptable. So we went over to the Sunrise location and bought phones there. Great service at Sunrise!

Tredis was VERY Friendly, cordial, professional, helpful and thorough. It was a GREAT Experience. Based on this experience, I would very much recommend AT&T to my friends and family.

If you don’t want to work and do your job and help customers, go home. Lounging around watching anime isn’t what you get paid to do to the black guy in the dark green shirt on 3/2/25 1PM. A disgrace to customer service and ATT.

I really like AT&T because I’m in and out however it’s pricey but this is the best .
So I purchased a cell phone and a protective cover and it has a warranty there not honoring
I have made every attempt to contact them but they don’t answer me back so and all of a sudden my bill has gone up to 300+ we have two phones and it was a trade in we do have tv also but have the minimum channels I mean minimum!

I've made three calls waited 20 minutes just to get routed to corporate phone. Came by twice at 5:30 p.m. and they were closed.

Do not use at&t they are lying they told me my bill with them will be cheaper then my existing bill at version I left version because they said bill will be cheaper my phone bill know is $140.00 for 1 line my bill at version was cheaper I should of never left them I will be going back to version for sure don't use AT&T they are lying to you !

Hours online and on store entry door says they open at 9 but it’s 9:20 and still no one there to assist me. Ridiculous
