Annette was so helpful and straight forward. I feel like I received real service for the first time in many years with a wireless provider. I have been with Verizon for 15 years and working with Annette was a breath of fresh air. She deserves a raise!

A TRUE nightmare with the AT&T store on Delta Shore, Sacramento, CA. A staff member, Max W. assisted me with the cell phone plan. I was very clear and straightforward with him from the beginning. I told him to be honest with me and let me know about any fees, surcharges, tax, etc. that come with the cell phone plan. I need to see the total premium for the 1st and 2nd months before I decide whether it is right for me. He kept going back and forth to the store manager, Manny, about what to do while I was waiting. After almost two long hours, we agreed on a package and its price. He had me signed on his IPAD for the account. The next day, I received an email from the AT&T main office showing a charge that was THREE times the charge I agreed upon. I printed out the email showing the new charges and went to talk to Manny, the store manager. I showed Manny the email with the new charges and tried to explain to him the situation. Instead of being nice, respectful, and explaining the charges to me, he yelled at me and said I need to deal with it and pay whatever the charges are in the email. He refused to listen to me, because he already knew he and his staff had hidden the charges from me when I signed up for the account. He berated me with horrible, immature, disrespectful, unprofessional, and extremely rude language and attitude.
Manny, the store manager, taught his employees to lie, scam, and cheat just to get your signatures on the account.
Stay away from this AT&T store while you can. Don’t let Manny and his staff lure you into signing for something you did not know or that was hidden from you. Don't be a victim in this AT&T store.

I went to this store today and waited 40 minutes and still there was no associate available. Because I complained to Stephanie about my experience, she told me “okay sir you have to leave now”. She had no regard for the fact that I had been patiently waiting for 40 minutes. I drove 15 minutes away to the corporate AT&T store at Arden mall, and was able to get what I needed in 5 minutes without any wait. You know where to go, DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

I had a great experience at this location! Everyone welcomed me when I came in and helped me right away.
Don't hesitate to come to this location. I also got a screen protector added on to my phone and the associate who helped me took their time and left no bubbles. 10/10 service!
