If you go to AT&T, please ask for Justin. He knows what he is doing. He will get you in and out as quickly as possible. He knows his stuff he is the man to go to. He has all the answers.

I would like to acknowledge the help that Ahmed gave me yesterday. I asked him to do me a favor and insert my cell phone in my new phone case which I'd bought on Amazon. It didn't come with instructions & I couldn't find any online. Ahmed kindly did it! I will remember that the next time I go to this AT&T store!

Kai answered all of my questions. He was friendly and professional at the same time, which is a very good balance! When helping me he also was polite to other customers around. He also guided other co-workers with questions they had WITHOUT making me feel like he took time away from our situation. He explained the fees and all that entails, first payment, estimated payment, taxes and such. I felt very comfortable with my purchase. He is an asset to AT&T! The process was quick and easy. I WILL be asking for him the next time I am looking to add a line, make a purchase or just have questions.

Called att feb 3 to pay off a remaining installment owed on a phone, but they submitted it toward the monthly bill instead. Went to this store to fix it, but a mgr was needed & was unavailable. Paid for the installment again to trade the phone in. They stated they could not do that because a error on their end kept coming up & wasn't sure why. They had us drive to Arden indicating the phone's back history would have to be looked up to find out why the trade in couldn't be processed. To make the experience even less pleasant the associate Michael acted annoyed every time we declined an upsale. Went to Arden and they had us out in less than 5 mins for the trade in. No phone history look up was required. Avoid this location. Arden att is better staffed, far more helpful & knowledgeable.

It's 10:30 am & only 1 employee. Ridiculous. 4 people are waiting.
I'm switching over from t-mobile & this doesn't look good. Get to work 10 am.
Why not start at 9 am?
So @10:50am the workers started coming out to work.
The gentleman I had to help me was great & knowledgeable. That part of the service was great.

The manager at that store was very unhelpful and willing to work with me. I have been getting the replacement screen protector for a year and a half. All of a sudden they’re not honoring the replacement. I have 12 phones with AT&T. Our home is with a TNT. Where is the customer service!

These folks are awesome! Richard and all of the others are extremely nice and helpful, even if you're just buying a $10 screen protector!! Best place to buy anything. Thanks a lot. I have bought over 10 phones and 3 tablets the last 5 years from them.

Fair Oaks Blvd store - near Sacramento
Kai was awesome - even though he was helping another customer he resolved my problem in parallel !! I’d definitely go back for assistance.
I can’t say the same for the ATT store at 1743 Arden Way … I walked out in disgust at the extreme lack of service ! There must have been 20 people waiting for help, having to book at time slot for the 2 employees to help … I bet they waited over an hour :(
