I just had a wonderful experience. Mike helped me out immediately and his assistant manager Gina was quick to help when needed. I got a great deal because I am a nurse and I traded in my iPhone 12. Mike answered all my questions clearly.The store was clean, the Saturday NFL football game was on, and both Mike and Gina had a good sense of humor.I will be back once my new phone arrives.

Came in with a question, but it ended up being an online only offer so not something in store could help with. However, Justin went above and beyond tracking down all the info possible for me. We went step by step through the system seeing if we could could it to apply and gave me the face to face customer experience you want went dealing with the dreaded phone bill. Not only was his in-person customer service skills top notch, but after I left he continued to look into it and reached out to provide me even more helpful information that set me on a better path than phone support. In the end, Justin was able to help me keep the best plan possible and I greatly appreciated his effort.

Xavier is an amazing consultant,helped me out when 2 other stores couldnt. He heard my issues and resolved them and I walked out of the store with Exactly what I wanted! 10/10 Service! I just wished he worked everywhere I do business!

I don't know man.. used to be a good experience going here but the last few times it's felt like they just want to get me out of the store as fast as possible. And this has been on multiple occasions when the store isn't very busy. I will say the websites/phone numbers I was given to go to where I could answers to what I needed were indeed helpful (hence three stars), but when I asked if they could be written down you would think I asked if they could build me a temple. Will try and avoid if possible going forwards.

I picked up my Apple iPad Pros keyboard here in 2022 which I purchased at the Arden location. I was sent here to pick it up and as soon as I arrived customer service was able to help me set it up pretty quickly and send me on my way.

I walked in to get my note 9 screen fixed. They said they don't do that here and recommended I do a trade in for the new 22 ultra and get save $800. I get the 22 ultra, when I come back a few week later to drop off my note 9, they said since the screen is broken it doesn't qualify for a trade in. But the associate who first assessed my phone knew of the broken screen. In order to fix their mistake they wanted my to return the 22 ultra, and get a the 23 ultra. So I come back the next day, I deleted everything off my 22 ultra and planning to exchange it for the 23 ultra and they said for some reason the computer won't let them do that and to just keep my 22 ultra along with my note 9. I don't think the associated know what they're doing in there.

To be honest I'm not familiar with AT&T. I use a different carrier. I was in there with a friend. But the staff was really friendly, the store was clean and organized.
