I called ahead for some brake pads for availability. They tell me that they are available. Once I I arrive I they tell they're nowhere to found. Waste of my time to even went to the store.

Carlos Santana and Jeremiah L. Are amazing. They both went out of their way to help me with my car and my battery and Eduardo the manager let them go out to the parking lot to help me..Carlos should definitely be promoted to the management..next day I went back and Kat helped me and was super helpful too..the most helpful and hard working people I've ever met at AutoZone..I am so grateful for them..

Friendly staff, and I was very happy to go here even though I didn't find what I needed, but the service was great as there was a lovely lady that tried her best to help me. I was being an A-hold that day but she made me feel better as she also gave me suggestions and what I could do if I could find the tool I could find.

Took in three batteries too charge that are not very old and had zero damage upon arrival to the store. After leaving my possession somehow one of them got cracked on the top. None of the employees claim to know anything about it nor will they do anything to compensate me for what they did

Horrible customer service. Went to the line. She says "are you ready" while looking off to the side at someone else. She says it again and I realize she's looking at me. Tell her what I need and she goes to the back, starts talking with 4 other people. I have to ask if she has the part. She tells me she's going to have someone go look. I left .

Good service, main reason lower stars is need to staff more crew as this is a main hub so have heavy foot traffic as all nearby stores direct to this store for the less likely stocked items. So always a 20min wait.

Just trying to call to confirm a pickup order. Not even 9pm yet, and no one is answering. Yelp shows closes at 10. Autozone website shows closes at 11. Either way, you would think someone would answer after 5 calls and about a hundred rings. Only put a star because I had to.

I ordered a few parts online, including AC Delco spark plug wires, which the computer system said they had, only to find that they didn't have the wires. It was understaffed with a huge line and the staff there were not very competent. The worst however was the manager, a complete Karen, making excuses for her stores screw up and completely rude. Don't bother with this place unless they get a new manager, they don't deserve your money.

they take forever at this store.maybe bc its the hub, but then if thats the reason they should have more ppl working the counter bc being the biggest autozone around of course they going to get alot more customers.alot of times the management's decision's don't make sense.and no I won't reach out bc its not like youre going to change anything.You're not new you been in business for decades.so no, Im not going to continue to choose autozone.I WILL CONTINUE TO USE OREILLY ALL DAY EVERYDAY AND TWICE ON SUNDAY
