HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!On 1/13/24, at around 5:10 PM my friend Shawna went to buy a battery for her Range Rover and met a half black, chubby fellow who was very impatient, confrontationa, disrespectful, rude, huffy and puffy, and had bad manners in general.She said this:“ I felt very rushed when I was trying to get the right detail and price of the battery I needed to buy. When I asked for the manager he said “come back tomorrow” and won’t give me any information. He told me to leave immediately and threatened to call the COPs on me for trespassing. ,”When Shawna went to Orielys to get a battery the guy from Oriely called the same rude Autozone guy to match the price but that rude guy priced the battery higher at $189 instead of $129 he quoted her earlier only after he heard her voice. “ I was also on the phone call.The last thing I want to do is go to that store to do any business. I won’t recommend anyone to go there. My customer service experience there was a HORRIBLE one.

Employees out of uniform, no name badges, less than helpful customer service, no eye contact, rude, dismissive. Not sure how everyone else had such a positive experience. Will not be back.

Was grabbing a battery and turning a couple in for the core charge . They charge me for the battery then give me the core charge for the battery's I brought in on a gift card ??? Why In the stupid would you not just do it together . Hate this place

Man named Marko S. Is a jerk wouldn’t let us use our commercial account then had a problem with us using a WORKERS DISCOUNT then tired to help him put in my discount and he said I was getting on his nerves for trying to help him put it in cause he don’t know how to use his own computer don’t recommend this place is bad and he needs to be fired.

Fantastic customer service, the employe went out of way to go above being helpful his name was Ryan at the 5820 auburn blvd. Location. I would definitely recommend!!

I came in the AutoZone tonight looking for eight spark plugs and the oil change kit. They didn't have it at this AutoZone but this kid named Charlie went above and beyond to find the stuff for me. Seriously five star service

THE WORST AZ IN CALIFORNIA AFTER PUTTING IN A DEAD BATTERY, WAITING OVER AN HR FOR A NEW ONE MARKO BREAKING MY NEGATIVE CONNECTION HE PROCEEDED TO COP AN ATTITUDE WITH MY HUSBAND AND I. NEVER WILL I GO TO AUTOZONE AGAIN!!!
