The spare parts are very good but the staff are in a bad mood all the time, they are always angry and serve customers poorly and they also handle tasks well to serve customers and they last a long time... that's why we need more attention... thank you Juan Carlos Vera

Poor attitude of staff at register very short & seemed leery to do business with me as if they assumed or predicted I wouldn't have $$ 2 pay 4 my selected items! Felt judged & stereotyped due to appearance! Totally never thought I would be treated so poorly at an Automotive Store!

I had the worst experience here today thanks to a old man by the name of Ernest ? I walked in & a lady told the man at the front to help me so I walked over to him. He finished up what he was doing not even acknowledge me or saying I’ll be right with you. He then said “how can I help?” I said “ can you guys check the life of my car battery? Do you guys do that?” He said “what” & looked at me like I was stupid . & then he said “what do you mean?” So I told him “I was driving from work today & my ac turned off on me & my car has been acting weird starting weird” immediate he cut me off & said “no we don’t do ac” I said “no that’s not what I said. I said Can you check my battery?”He was shaking his head no. That’s when a young man (adrien) walked up to me & asked me what I needed help with. I asked him if he could check the life of my battery & he said yes . I asked him how much it would be he said free. So we walked outside & he hooked up the machine to my car but it said poor connection so he couldn’t finish checking it out. He gave me some good advice on what I should do and answered all my questions . The kid was really nice. But oh my god if he wasn’t there I’m 1000% sure the other guy Ernest wouldn’t have helped me . If you dont like your job get a new one.I ended up going to oriley which is next door & purchasing a battery there . I’ll never go here again.

Thank you Terry for your help. He checked my battery and made my process a lot smoother than I anticipated. PSA: Make sure to have a back up plan if they can’t switch out your battery! (Will not do it on newer cars)

Needed a whole new battery and they helped me pick one out and put it in! Darren and Joel were super sweet and kind when helping me and made sure I knew other preventative methods for it

This lady Cassie is of no help! I specified asked for help with a machine and she refused to come and help! Like what is wrong with people and customer service skills are down the garbage. I hope this store can get workers that will work and be willing to help people because CASSIE does not!

They had most of what I needed. First time ever I've gone into an auto store and not had a single person ask if I found what I needed or if I needed help, that was different then usual experiences.

I had gone to 3 different places looking for a certain adapter, I called this Autozone while sitting in the parking lot of another, Carlos Santana answered and sadly he couldn't find what I was looking for. Deflated, I was heading home when my phone rang, it was Carlos from Autozone, he said that he found one! I have never had any associate take that extra step to ensure that a customer hot exactly what they wanted, usually if they happen to come across it after the fact they would just leave it at that, but not Carlos! Autozone needs more people like Carlos Santana!
