I was double charged 3 weeks in a row. I am Uber so my time is money. Each weekly renewal HAS to be done in person or late fee. Wait time 1-2 hours every time

I am doing this review only for the Fulton branch & the people who work here. This is my go to Avis branch. Every customer service person at this location has always been super! Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their billing dept after you return your rental.

This Avis/Budget is staffed by rude and unhelpful people. They refused service on the basis of unmatching foreign ID documents, but I can easily secure a car from the nearby Hertz dealer. DO NOT VISIT.

Horrible experience as an Uber driver!Renting car from this location and this unpleasant people that never answers a phone. Like I saw in one of the comments as well that this people on this location is trying to charge you so much extra stuff and they are not clear with contract. I agree with one of the people that comment that Hertz Rental is detailed,customer service is good and available for questions.I am not saying this one’s are scam but for sure if you are Uber driver pls do yourself a favor and don’t rent from this location. Shame on you owner how you run a business.

They never have Uber cars available.. and NEVER answer the phone.. if you reserve a car 9 times out of 10 it won't be available..

They habitually promise cars they don't have - use the airport location instead. I reserved a car here 3 separate times in the past month. Twice they called me that morning to say they had nothing available. The third time they didn't bother calling or picking up the phone when I called to check that they had the car - so I traveled 20 miles there, then 20 miles back when I showed up and was told they had no more cars. No voucher, no offer of a discount, not even a sincere apology... just shameless.

Me and my husband booked for a reservation and received a confirmation email a few days ago only to arrive there with them telling us that they don’t have a car for us. The lack of professionalism in this situation is very apparent. What is the purpose of a confirmation email and a booked appointment when there’s no available car? We went there several times and they simply just turned us down.

I showed up three hours early and was told to check back at 2 pm. When I got home, I get a call from a man named Elias to tell me. They don’t have a car for me. Remind you people who checked in after me was walking out with a key on hands. Nothing made sense. Why tell a customer “you are early” to only call them two and half hour early to tell them NO CARS AVAILABLE. How do you explain this? You can’t tell me race Is not a factor.
