This review is for the online service. Not a particular store. True story.... I bought a sweater online from Banana Republic. You can enter your measurements on their website and they tell you what size to buy. Done. Sweater arrives and way too big. I call them to exchange it. They won't exchange it even though their size algorithm gave me the wrong size, even though it was their fault because it was a "final sale." She then tells me that they would have taken it back if it was damaged. So basically, what she was telling me was that if I ripped a hole in the sweater so that they can't resell it they will take it back but they won't exchange a sweater where they still get to keep my money and resell the sweater I send back! I told her that it is a choice for her not to take back my sweater; it's not that she can't. She actually said, "no, I can't." What kind of craziness is this? What ever happened to the days where a company actually wants to keep the customer's business? They could care less...

IM SHOPPING YESTERDAY IM SPEND $ 206 .THE STAFF BEHAVIOR VERY RUDE IM WAIT FOR THE PAYMENT 20 MIN SHE IS TOLD ME WAIT 5 MIN IM WAIT 20 MIN NO ONE IN THE LINE IM SINGLE PERSON IN THE LINE IM SAY TO THE STAFF U NEED A MORE STAFF SHE TOLD ME OK BUY GO OUTSIDE SHE IS VERY RUDE IDNT COME AGAIN IM RECOMMEND PLZ DNT GO IN BANANA REPUBLIC

I love BR! I love BR sales! I found a pair of comfortable and cute jeans on sale. When I went to pay for the jeans at the registry, the sale price was even further reduced! What a pleasant surprise! This made my day!

Absolutely not enforcing the mask mandate. I've now watched two employees stare directly at some ignorant, selfish person who walked in without a mask amd say nothing.

I checked Yelp to find out what time BR opens. Great it said 10am! Well the Arden Fair Mall hours on the main mall door says it doesn't open until 11am. We arrived at 9:45am and decided to wait until 10 am to see if any of the doors will open early. At 9:55am the Security Guard unlocked the Mall Door by BJ's and we walked inside to BR. There were window washers cleaning their front windows. I asked him if they were open and he didn't think so but I told him that on Yelp it said they're open at 10am! He said oh than maybe! He told me to ge careful because they just mopped the floors! AND yes the floors were very wet and slippery! We walked in and a sales associate was by the front door busy straightening the folded clothes. She didn't acknowledge us walking in. Finally said excuse me, are you open? She didn't really answer but asked if I had an exchange or return. I had a return and I followed her to the register. She wasn't able to log in on either of the 2 registers. She said she can't log in because it's not 11am yet. Told me to come back in an hour. I couldn't wait and will come back on the weekend. I began to leave and someone in back came out to I guess turn on the register. Thankfully I did my return but no apology , etc. I almost felt like I needed to apologize for bothering them! Hopefully they'll change their hours on Yelp.

They were having troubles with their registers but the lady named Liliy was very patient and did all she could to give me a pleasant experience. I rarely see good customer service in clothing stores but this one hands on the best!

Love the clothes. Nice friendly customer service. But the errors on the employees are too costly. Wasted my time - had to make 2 trips to resolve issues. 1) didn't remove anti-theft device 2) the shirt I had didn't have a price tag and swap my medium with a small. You should pay your employees McDonalds wages.

Customer service was phenomenal! Fran spent half an hour patiently calling other stores trying to locate a coat in a different size. I haven't had such an outstanding experience in any retail store in a very long time.
