I Used The Work For One Of Their Las Vegas, Nevada Locations. It Sadly Got Closed After I Moved & Transferred To A Phoenix, Arizona Location. The Las Vegas, Nevada Was Friendly, Excellent & Informative. This Location Was Friendly, Helpful, Informative About My Cat When I Asked Them Questions. They Were Honest. I Love The Wellness Plan's They Have For Pet's Health To Help With Costs, Reminder Calls & Reminder Post Cards For Needed Vaccines & Annual Routine Check Ups. (=

This place is absolutely incompetent. I made an appointment online called to confirm they didn’t have it so they offered me a drop off. I said no that I wanted one with a vet, so I waited a little bit longer to get in there, of course they made it for drop!! That I specifically said I did not want! they were trying to get me to agree before they even examine him for procedures that they don’t even know if I needed them, and they trying to get to except third-party marketing and advertising. Do not recommend this Vet office. Worst experience I have EVER had with a veterinarian office in my 50 years which I have been to a lot

This is my 2nd fur baby I have enrolled with the Wellness Plan. I love it! I love the care team they make us feel welcome! They even us to call my first fur baby by his nick name.

I love the staff at Banfield Watt Avenue . They are kind to our animals and provide the best care possible . They communicate everything and also explain the cost of services clearly. Been a customer for 10 years .

We've had the absolute worse experience with Banefield and strongly encourage all pet owners to take their beloved animals somewhere else. They have recently had a mass exodus of veterinarians because of the dangerous and low quality care provided. Save yourself the headache amd annoyance and take your beloved animal somewhere else. I have a few personal examples, but I'm too over it to type it. They suck.

They took special care of my pet.
I’m first time pet owner. They are informative and kind. My dog loves going getting treats. We learning together as we go.
Bruiser had a skin rash. They cleared it up in weeks. He is happy and healthy. Thank you so much.
