Experience slow service and long lines each visit. Bank seems to be understaffed with tellers.

I am very disappointed with Bank of America. Never enough tellers and most of them are not properly trained. You need to train employees on how to deal with customers. You want to save money by closing early and forcing people to rely on the ATM. But it doesn't work that way! I hope you change your ways, otherwise I have to bank somewhere else. Thank you.

Clint Sparks is the branch manager here and one of the rudest humans I've ever met. By far one of the worst people in customer service and should absolutely never be allowed to interact with the public. No surprise this location has 1 star. They're absolutely horrible.

Worst place to do your banking. Went in to do a wire transfer 8/19/20, and it took almost an hour. On top of that they don't utilize a sign in sheet To help assist calling people in the right order. They pick and choose who to help first and pulled two people that came in after me. I guess if your a female with the letter "PINK" on your shirt, you'll be pulled to the front of the line by manager.

Customer service is crap! Rude, short and snobby! It's a shame that such a big company doesn't keep up on the customer service, they ALWAYS have a long line with 2 tellers. They lost my business. Taking my business account elsewhere. Based on the reviews and the lack of responses from management it's clear this behavior comes from the top down.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS BRANCH, we needed to talk to The Branch Manager SANDY PHAKONKHAM, the staff was trying to help us but they couldn't help us on what we needed, the staff called her and she knew we were waiting and she didn't want to talk to us, she sent her assistant branch manager to talk to us and then they told us that she was at Lunch, we decided to wait and we waited for over an hour, when she came out she was very unprofessional and rude, was not dressed professional at all, you could see her cleavage, not a good impression for a Branch manager, we needed copies of documents, she was raising her voice and saying we had no right to request any documents that she had already looked at the account and that she was not going to provide them to us. We told her she was very rude and unprofessional and she said she has been there 15 yrs and that she will be there another 15 with a smirk on her face, She said that if we continue asking for the documents that she was going to have us remove from the bank. We told her we were going to talk to corporate office about her and she said go ahead.
