Ali is getting this review, not the bank. I enjoyed how friendly and personable he was. It is hard to find friendly customer service now days, he's a great example. I felt like I could talk to him for hours. He's a great guy and B of A would hopefully recognize what a fantastic employee they have.

This bank is trash! The worst Bank of America I've ever been to. Avoid it if you can, don't waste your time! Walked in around 4pm for a wire transfer, they're trying to tell me the wire transfer closed at 3pm, no wire transfers are done after 3pm. It's a joke! Y'all should work on your customer service!!!

I gave one star only to get on the board here to post!This bank is less than professional . The teller was very rude I asked to withdraw $50.00. I asked for a balance as well Becuz I didn’t know how much was in there . He never spoke any words to me. He tossed the money into the tray at the bottom of the window. He didn’t look at me. No thank . No kiss my rear. Nothing! It seemed he had an attitude with me. I asked for a receipt he tossed it in the tray. I looked at the balance and saw there was funds in the account so I went back in . Stood in line Again. Got the same jerk teller who won’t look at me . I said I’d have took care of this a few minutes ago when I came through here if you have given me the balance . I’d like $200. Please. He called the manager . Who must have schooled this guy on His rudeness attributes. Now suddenly I can’t get any money out; after doing this three times at this branch, and it’s almost 5:00 pm.I’ve got power of attorney. I’m helping out a friend who is in need of help. But for some reason this bank thinks whatever they think and denied me .I truely hope things come back to them in the same manner that they ve given to me. My friend won’t be happy about this . Satisfied customers is not their goal.

the manager Nasar is a asshole, I've been cashing my work check there for two months and all of a sudden the manger said my check was no good and he could t take "that kind of check" then after I told him I've been giving them my business for the last couple months, he didn't care one bit and was extremely disrespectful then said "go back to my maker"... enough said I can see why this branch has horrible reviews..

I severed my relationship from B of A many years ago. Their service is the worst of any financial institution I have ever dealt with. My wife keeps our household checking account here so she can use the B of A bill paying service - which she LOVES. Since we've mover here from SoCal, I have been to this location and the one on Fulton and Marconi, and can't decide which one is worse. My brand new ATM (other one was hacked card by a prisoner charging outgoing calls) which I had received just three days before and activated it over the phone did not work. At the end of the call it told me that my card was activated and ready to use at any BofA ATM. So I tried it on one of the three machines and it told me that my card was not activated and the transaction was DENIED! I tried it once on another ATM with the same result! So I had to go inside. I get in line with SIX other people and two windows open. It appeared that they were having a tea social because it was taking forever. Then a business man went up and made the business cash deposit which took forever. So I finally get up to the window. I tell the teller my problem. She tells me my card is fine, and activated and is working. I told her I tried it several times on two different machines and she tells me there is nothing wrong with it. I almost went off - but told her again to which she responded that the card is good, but we'll take the deposit at the window. We do and she gives me my cash. She then talks to a management person and comes back to the window. She said that she had talked to her manager and he would meet me at the door (and pointed to the door) and that I should wait at the door he would be right there. I waited for AT LEAST SEVEN Minutes and nothing! So I went to the ATM and apparently my card was NOW activated. I left BofA - with the same feeling I ALWAYS have. The good news about the BofA in my opinion, is that the service is CONSISTENT. It's not Great sometimes and Horrible Sometimes, It's always HORRIBLE!!!

Worst Bank of America in all of Sacramento. Horrible Customer service and Manager. Not friendly at all. Very rude tellers. Mostly Foreign. Its also in a Bad area so they treat everyone With no respect. Don't go to this branch save your time.

Bank of American can take 21 days or more to pay an electronic payment. Unacceptable!!!! Their computer system is from the dark ages. I do not recommend any Bank of America banks. They should be embarrassed!!!

Management clearly don't care about the customers! 1 teller and 13 people in line, I guess it's time to switch banks Please hire more people to better service your loyal customers! Waiting for up to an hour is not ok. For all the money you are banking - you can afford more employees!

This branch is the worst they ALWAYS have 2 tellers and if you want to see a banker forget about it you have to make an appointment and it's never the same day. The most annoying part is the stupid greeter! Leave me alone! I know how to bank! I Dnt need guidance to the line. That's the most pointless job.

Average wait time is 30 minutes, if you're lucky. Doesn't matter what time of day. This is because they employ a single teller to man the counter. I only go in to get rolls of quarters for laundry. I'm not going to give anywhere I have to wait an average of 30 minutes to pull out $10 of my own money more than a single star rating, despite the quality of service once I'm actually helped. Maybe this massive entity could employ more than a single person who probably hates their job to process all customers. As of now, they're doing a great job of convincing me to switch to a different bank.

Really bad service and awful customer care. People who work there they act like people owe them their life! They tell u 1 time to come and they make you wait 1 or 2 hours from the time they schedule the appt. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! WASTE OF TIME WASTE YOUR DAY! Staff need to learn how to properly act around the customer!!!

By far one of the worst branches of BOA. They do not care about their customers. Waiting inline for 40-50 minutes just to be told they cant cash my checks on multiple occasions. Manager needs to be fired.
