If you don't have an account here and want to cash a check made out to yourself by a customer after waiting in line for 20 minutes. They will keep you at the window for another 10 minutes then they will drag out the dragon lady branch manager and she will give you the business waste your time and then not cash your check. And then ask you what did you do to get this check? I canceled my account with this bank 14 years ago I would never go back. On top of that, they have the highest fees in banking ever. Worst bank ever you can find much better banks than this go to a credit union.

Not a review writer, but in this case I’m going to do it with hopes that it will help other people wanting to do business with BofA and the bank itself.About 30 years ago I had a really bad experience with this bank, money missing from my accounts, payments not processed, deposits not posted… etc. when the issues were discovered at that time they blamed their “Electronic System”. 10 years or so later, I gave them an other chance and started my banking with them, the second time the relationship lasted about 2 months because of similar problems, this time they blamed my account been newly open and a banking error.I decided to use other banks, credit union to be more specific, (I won’t mention names to be fair and not make this look like an advertisement to other banks), ever since, never ever had any issues with these banks for nearly 20 years.Today I was given a check from a person using BofA and I needed liquid cash, since I was passing by a BofA I said, let me just go in and cash it.As I walked in I felt the bad vibes from past experiences here, this guy (don’t know his name) asked me if I needed help, I said: I just need to cash a BofA check. The first thing he asked was if I had a bank account with BofA. I answer “no” he then responded in an arrogant way: there will be a fee. I said: why?… this is a BofA check. And I added to the statement: that’s why I will never do banking business with you guys, all of this while he was looking up the check in the screen computer, and he responde with an arrogant exclamation, there will be an eight dollar fee, i said, go ahead and charge whatever needs to be charge but let me tell you, that that’s not the way to attract customer to bank with your bank. He gave me the look of “I don’t care”To my knowledge, based on other people and my own experience, this is by far the worst bank in every category, starting with customer service.Do your self a favor and prevent highly possible bad experiences.

I was in this branch on December 7th 2022. opened a personal bank account. and a business account for my company. I recommend this branch, the staff is attentive and customer oriented. They are well versed in their work, without haste. Pleasant in communication. Personal thanks to banker Marisol Ozuna and Adriana.

The absolute worst customer service ever. After waiting 30 minutes in line, the teller (salma? No name tag, I had to ask) was the rudest person I've ever encountered. I brought my check (boa) to be cashed. The same thing that I've done countless times. Today, she informed me there would be an $8 charge to cash a boa check. I've never paid a fee for this and have done it many times. She then preceeded to act like my Id wasn't real. I let her know that she could call my job as it's right down the street, and she stated that she couldn't do that. When I let her know that I had never paid a fee, she stated that I could go to my own bank if I didnt want to pay it. Just completely rude. This is why everyone that I know has left BOA.

What happened to bofa? It used be the primere banking companies way back then. Now it's long slow lines, you just dread to go there! On top of most branches have closed since Covid and not by appt only!! Sorry bofa but you deserve 1 star for customer service

my savings account was frauded. I went in to add my wife onto the new account. I did not have an appt. there were 3 bank employees standing idle. one appointment was in the building. they said that they had too many appointments to help me. my issue would have taken 5 minutes--the bank manager's words not mine--and they would not help us. as I was driving out, one of the bank employees walked out to Starbucks for a coffee. WHAT A JOKE

I came without an appointment, they said it’s impossible without it, I stood in line for 15 minutes to make an appointment, after 30 minutes I waited for my appointment and when my time came, I’m still waiting. I am sitting now and still waiting, although the time was appointed. 3 employees and at the same time the queue does not move at all, and the most annoying thing was that the woman just came and she was immediately accepted without a queue!!! ?

What kind of bank can't provide quarters to its customers? Waited 20 minutes just to find that out.BoA has been garbage for a long time, but I think this was my final straw. Switching to another bank.
