Experience slow service and long lines each visit. Bank seems to be understaffed with tellers.

I came to use the ATM on February 7th around 8pm to deposit $2500, the ATM stopped working when I deposit the money it didn't give me my debit card back or the money I stayed by the ATM for an hour to see if thE ATM RETURN me my money or my debit card, I called the number an they don't have anybody working after 8:00 p.m. I call the next day to make a claim an the person I spoke with told me they will return my money within 1 or 2 days today it's the third day an they haven't deposited the money I called today in the morning an the agent told me that they will return the money till the 23rd of February, 3 weeks from the incident tell me if that's fair, I have to pay my mortgage my car and my bills and I'm already behind, I came to the branch today an I approach one of the bankers an he look he was bothered I explained him the situation an his answer was I'm not the one that you need to speak YOU UNDERSTAND?with a rude and loud voice, I even said wow why you have an attitude he just walk away, his name was MICHAEL, SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL SO DISGUSTING. if people don't have manners and don't have costumer service by all means don't be in that job.. he make me feel like they were giving me a favor when their ATM wasn't working and I'm just asking for my money.

This has always been my goto branch of the bank as it is close to my house and the staff is very knowledgable and helpful. On 1/30/2023 I went in this branch to conduct some Cash Advance from the State provided tax relief card and to convert some foreign currencies and deposit all that into my account. I loved the cleanliness of the branch as my first impression and then I met the Branch Manager, Onkar Singh. I was extremely impressed with his outclass customer service. He listened to my needs carefully and helped me out with everything in the best possible manner. He explained me every step of the process and kept me engaged in a delightful conversation. He welcomed me to the branch for any future needs. After spending my time with Onkar, I felt why I always loved being a Bank of America customer.

Always long line because not many people helping. Usually only one counter open. And literally they have no idea of anything. I am trying to do a wire transfer and it 3rd day and every day they have new problem to not do transfer. And they told me they can do transfer after putting me in waiting line

I am very disappointed with Bank of America. Never enough tellers and most of them are not properly trained. You need to train employees on how to deal with customers. You want to save money by closing early and forcing people to rely on the ATM. But it doesn't work that way! I hope you change your ways, otherwise I have to bank somewhere else. Thank you.

My friends was there 3/29/22 around 2pm and customer service was very disrespectful and rude because they do not speak English. They are elders and have Bank of America for a few years. They came back to me very sad because they said they treat them as if they were asking them for money. They need to improved their customer service.
